The staff are all very friendly. When we checked in, Victoria was on her own but dealt with everything in a professional manner. Happy bar staff and Natalie was a bundle of joy around the pool and concert area. Food was good but not great. Would definitely return

A lovely Hotel. The staff are so friendly. Big shout our to Victoria on Reception, nothing is too much trouble. Natalie who runs the entertainment on her own. A fantastic person who gets lots of guests to join in. No pressure. Her quirky saying are so popular with guests and evening entertainment. The bar staff are amazing, Manu, Miguel are our favourite. Two sittings for the evening meals. You are allocated a table for your evening meal and that is your evening table for the rest of your stay. Meaning no queuing to get in the restaurant. The food needs to be a little hotter and staff need to be aware when trays are running low so there is no wait for replacement trays. The new Manager seems to be around recently at meal times. So hopefully this gets addressed. 1st time at this Hotel and resort and we will definitely be back. The rooms are clean and tidy. The only drawback is not being able to keep a small light on during the night as the bathroom is glass and situated in the bedroom. The bathroom light illuminates the whole room. The staircase carpet could do with a good clean. As we were on the 1st floor we used the stairs. Lovely roof terrace which is very quiet.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. We were greeted by Jorge when we arrived and he was very friendly. The rooms were extremely clean. All staff are so friendly, especially bar staff, and Natalie the entertainer who always goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and provide lots of activities. We especially enjoyed the daily quiz around the pool. There was no fight for sun loungers on a morning, we went to the pool at around 9.30am every day and there was always plenty of sun loungers. The food was lovely, we liked that on the first day you choose a table and that is your table for your whole stay. Each day in the restaurant there is a different theme, we especially liked the Indian and Mexican nights as they had many different curries, and fajitas on Mexican night. I am a very fussy eater and there was always something for me. Rooms were cleaned everyday to a good standard. Only negative I would say is if you have lots of clothes like me there isn’t much storage space but we made it work. Amazing hotel would recommend to everyone!

Fantastic stay! We came last year and this year didn’t disappoint at all! Which is great as I brought my husband along with this time! The bar staff and restaurant staff are so friendly, lovely and accommodating for anything you need If you want to relax and have peace on your holiday then this is where I would recommend! Natalie makes you smile and laugh everyday with her sense of humour and always being up for a laugh! The games around the pool are so much fun and there is something for everyone! Absolutely love it and all the guests are normally people who have returned to holiday here again which is a great sign! Fantastic holiday and I will be going back in the future for sure! The night entertainment is fantastic also! I felt safe and well looked after! Love it here! Feels like a second home!

If you want great hotel on the sea front which has abundance of sunbeds and umbrellas, which you can get anytime of the day This is the protur bonamar is the place.. Honest review This hotel has the friendliest staff. In all areas. Great entertainment.with some fabulous talent in the evening. Plus a good balance of games and quizze these run through Natalie who is just adorable a Ray of sunshine. Tiny but a big personality This is our 3rd visit our 1st as a couple the 2nd with our daughters and the 3rd with daughters and the son in laws too. We will return again. We have been to many hotels and this is a firm favourite. It has everything including a personal touch. Not like some of the bigger hotels it's spotless. The food is lovely with a large choice. I had a full lamb shank and mashed potato the other day, beautiful I 100% recommend this hotel

An excellent break for the whole family. We have had an amazing 2 weeks of relaxation in this lovely hotel supported by some of the best service from the whole team. Special shout out to the whole bar team and Natalie - both g was ever too much and the entertainment was great fun. I can’t wait to visit again. Richard

Love this hotel, this is the second time I have been here and it is fantastic. Always get a sunbed no matter what time of day it is, and the pool is a sun trap getting the sun all day long, there are loads of umbrellas as well for if you want shade. Food is gorgeous at all times and piping hot. During the day there are plenty of games to get involved it and Natalie is fantastic with a great sense of humour and makes everyone laugh. Always fun to be around. It is so relaxing by the pool and quiet. The evening entertainment is always fab and get the guests involved. The staff are absolutely amazing and friendly and the service is fantastic. I will definitely be coming back here. 5 stars from me.

It’s a lovely hotel in a fantastic location, the staff all work very hard, however I think they need more waiters on an evening as they don’t encourage you to go to the bar, they have an absolute star in Natalie and the rapport she has with the evening entertainment is comedy gold. The food however is very poor if comparing it with the Levante ‘it was better last year’ but I’m hoping they resolve this as it ticks so many boxes

This was our first time to visit both the Bonamar and Cala bona and definitely won’t be our last. The hotel is perfectly situated overlooking the sea between Cala bona harbour and Cala Millor. In my opinion the amazing staff are the hotels greatest asset, always friendly, attentive and very professional. Special mention to the lovely Victoria on reception along with Miguel, Jose, Manu, Jacquelina, Andullah & Mariano. The hotel is spotlessly clean, our room was compact but perfectly adequate for our needs. Air con as others have mentioned is an issue and although we were provided with a fan (thanks Victoria!) the room could still get hot at night. The pool area is perfect, plenty of sunbeds, umbrellas and also some Bali beds looking out to sea The food was overall of a good standard especially breakfast, the salad bar and desserts however the hot food varied in quality and could do with some improvement and consistency. Entertainment at night was excellent, some great acts and all brilliantly coordinated by the wonderful Natalie, another great asset to the hotel. Overall the Bonamar is a lovely hotel with great staff, great location and we look forward to visiting again some time soon!
