Return visit (one of many) with my elderly mother. Another brilliant stay. Everybody friendly from the owners, the staff and other guests. Nothing too much trouble. Early in the season so an added bonus of plenty of room around the pool. Plenty of night time entertainment - always over by midnight so didn't disturb our sleep. As mentioned, all of the staff are very friendly, even the kitchen staff when they came out to refill or clean up say a friendly greeting. The night time bar staff, too numerous to mention all by name, but Pedro, Ibraham (sp!), Cristina et al are all brilliant. Cristina on reception was also lovely as are the other reception staff. Thank you Hotel Sur for another lovely holiday

Great family run hotel, the owners and the staff cannot do enough for you, we love it here, friendly, welcoming and helpful, great entertainment and great bar, our room was on the front of the hotel with a great view of the sea, room service was regular and always clean, see you again soon.... I don't know how this place is only a 1 or 2 star. It's spotless. Cleaners in every day. The staff are so acomadating and helpful. The pool area is great , the bar and staff are great. It has such a homely and comfortable feeling. It's a jewil of a place in Cala Bona. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely be coming back.

Lovely clean modern room ( must of been refurbished) nothing like the room on the picture. Rooms are cleaned daily / towels changed. Hotel staff are friendly,pool area is nice and clean. Can’t comment on the food was self catering but would 100 percent come back here with my partner / friends wouldn’t bring the children as not much for them. The bar downstairs that belongs to the hotel is always busy with a good atmosphere entertainment is good.

I travelled solo to Mallorca for a little peaceful getaway. Hotel Sur although affordable at this time of year was not the place for me to do that. The staff were incredibly friendly and they were the best thing about the stay. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great. However, the entertainment in the bar underneath will keep you up until midnight. You will also get everyone coming in from the bar being heard in the corridors. The rooms could do with sound proofing!! The dinner buffet was okay however not much variety. I would find myself going down to a local restaurant some nights despite paying half board. Also found out I was supposed to be clearing my own plate which I didn’t realise and have never heard of before in a hotel! Was an okay stay and I suppose somewhere to rest your head for the night if passing through, but I wouldn’t chose to stay here again for a break.

great location just round corner from the harbour 5 min walk staff in hotel are very friendly always a good atmosphere in musc bar with good entertainment and food in restaurant is good i have been here several times and each time the hotels standards are very good i would recomend hotel to anyone.

Great aircon. Comfy bed, loads of coat hangers. Single room with double bed, fridge, safe, balcony with pool view. Towels not the greatest but had clean ones everyday. Clean rooms and hotel. Lovely friendly staff.. Free WiFi. Safe in room TV,.. Breakfast.. Cereal, yogurts meats, cheese. Full English, toast, pastries. Choice of juices, Dinner.. Soup, salad meats, fish potatoes chips, veg, even mushy peas with your fish & chips. Large slices of various cake, rice pudding, fruit, jelly, icecream, apple crumble. Great entertainment finished at 11.30pm. Great location, near the Marina and the beach. Plenty of shops, restaurants near and you can easily walk into Cala Millor and beyond. Bus stop round the corner. Everything you need close by. My first solo holiday and I felt very comfortable. Future visits to Cala Bona I will defiantly be staying here. The staff and owners are a credit to this hotel nothing was to much trouble

This was a break to celebrate a 60th birthday. We were allocated a room on the 4th floor with a sea view. The room was spotless with the bed comfortable, it felt hard on arrival but we both slept very well. Breakfast was buffet style and there was a good choice, if I were to make a comment it would be that the hot items could have been at a higher temperature, but it is difficult to keep buffet items hot. The entertainment was good and well attended with the servers friendly and attentive remembering your preferred drink from day 1. The only issue that we had in the bar was the smoke drifted inside and due to the amount of smokers it was difficult to get a table where you couldn't smell smoke. Cristina on reception was great, professional and friendly. Specific thanks must go to Aina who arranged our shuttle bus transfer. This is a family run hotel and it was good to see the family involved in the day to day running of the hotel, I feel this personal touch makes it a much better experience for the guest. Thank you for making a 60th birthday enjoyable
