Hôtel calme tout en étant si proche du centre de Rome. Accueil hyper sympathique, nous expliquant bien et les alentours et les lieux à découvrir. Conseille des restaurants mais sans forcer. Chambre spacieuse et très propre ainsi que la salle de bain. Petit-déjeuner servi en chambre :-).

Stayed for two nights with my wife and son. Good location and nice room. Great air conditioning and everything very clean. Nice restaurants in the neighborhood. Breakfast delivered to room as there is no restaurant/breakfast are. We liked this arrangement. Staff very friendly and responsive.

Impeccable. Clean, elegant, comfortable, cozy. Very large room. Great service, the staff is extremely helpful. As central as it goes, yet very very quiet. The breakfast choice is extensive. Great value for money.

The location is exceptional. Very quiet neighborhood in close proximity 1 to 1.5 km to all major attractions in Rome. Very friendly and helpful staff. Small hotel. Keep in mind that the rooms are very small. However, the feeling is that you live in Rome as you open the iron gate and walk in.

We have just returned from a week in Rome, staying at the SM Vatican Relais. What a wonderful hotel - we had a lovely time. The hotel is situated right in the heart of Rome and all the main sights are easily accessible on foot or via a short bus ride. When we checked in, we were given a guide on how to get to all of the important places in Rome. In fact, Matteo, the owner, and his team were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel is situated in a very central location, it is on a quiet street situated in a wonderful old building, making the bedrooms blissfully quiet. I also feel it necessary to mention that the beds were the most comfortable I have ever experienced in a hotel1 The breakfasts, served in your room, were fantastic!

Amazing stay. Location was great within walking distance of many major attractions. Matteo is an absolute credit to place and made us feel so welcome. The rooms are clean and modern. We really enjoyed the large shower. Minibar is a handy and reasonably priced. Air con is always welcomed. Breakfast in the room every morning was a lovely addition. You will not be disappointed. You simply must book this place when staying in Rome.

The hotel was great. Clean and thought out. The staff were very kind and helped a lot. They answered any questions we had and were always nice. The room itself was also very good, spacious and inviting. Great location, close to every thing. I really recommend.

Our room was immaculate,really modern and such a comfy bed. The location is perfect really close to the Vatican and Basilica (approx 20 min easy walk) and only about 30 mins walk to Colosseum.. Without a doubt though the best thing about staying here is the staff, Matteo was simply outstanding from communication before arrival to the endless help and flexibility while we were there. Proper 5 star host, nothing too much trouble and excellent recommendations for travel and eating. Grazie Mille

Really lovely hotel - super clean and spacious room with delicious breakfast. The hotel is perfectly situated, an easy 20 minute walk to St Peters and 35 minute walk to the colosseum. But the best of all is Matteo who is a brilliant host - nothing is too much trouble.
