Private: property, terraced garden, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace. Very steep motor access. Stepped path (41 steps) to the house. Parking on the premises. Grocery 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant, bar, café 450 m, bus stop 3.4 km, sandy beach "Playa Arenal" 5 km, rocky beach "Cala Les Urques" 150 m, swimming bay 120 m.
