Ne restez pas à la Travelodge. Si vous choisissez de le faire, vous serez déçu. Viens ici. Il est exceptionnellement propre. Kim au bureau frontal est juste merveilleux. Tout est propre et récemment rénové. Vous pouvez leur dire qu'ils ont toujours le personnel de l'hôtel qui s'occupe. J'espère vraiment qu'ils seront bien traités!

Le petit déjeuner était un buffet et était inclus dans le coût du séjour, le goût de la nourriture et la variété excellent!! La piscine avait une température parfaite!!

Ma fille part à l'Université de la Falle à Waterloo et cet hôtel est à environ 15 minutes de l'école (faible route) Nous avons séjourné ici pour un total de 2 fois en cherchant un appartement pour ma fille et ses camarades de chambre. Bon séjour à la fois! Vérifiez facilement l'entrée et l'extérieur, parking gratuit, café gratuit et comme un petit-déjeuner 'en prendre et aller' le matin avec du yogurt, des fruits, des bars de puissance, etc. Nous dirons certainement de nouveau quand nous visiterons notre fille. Un hôtel sans fuss !

***** WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ***** I have now witnessed the most incompetent guest service at a hotel ever. My background is Hotels. I worked at Claridges one of the most prestigious five star hotels in London England with Gordon Ramsey as our executive chef. I also worked as the head concierge at The Rimrock Resort Hotel in Banff as some examples. We were trained properly to go above and beyond a guests expectations. Upon arrival we waited over two and a half hours to get checked in as we were the only ones there at the time. Unfortunately due to the horrible management of this property they left a new team member on the front desk that had only been working there for a week. (complete failure on their part) He was absolutely lost and even said while he was dealing with me that he was going to have a heart attack or commit suicide after his shift. He was so flustered trying to get any kind of help from management on the phone. Finally the night auditor showed up and was able to check-in the backlog of guests sitting around the lobby. We had a confirmed booking for 2 Queens beds and upon our arrival into our room it was a king and sofa bed. I went back down to the lobby and they said that they would deal with it in the morning as the manager would get back to me about the room and our experience the night before. (I'd also just had back surgery 5 weeks prior) Our rate for the two Queens was 169 per night. After a Week (not the next day as promised) I finally received a call from the hotel operations manager Nalini Cackryanathen about my experience. She explained I would also not qualify for the 169 as we had a king bed and would have to pay 229 instead? ***? WE BOOKED AND HAD CONFIRMED TWO QUEEN BEDS with a confirmation number. In the end they offered a free night voucher to the hotel - NO CHANCE WE WILL GO BACK EVEN FOR FREE. I asked for the owners email so I could explain what is going on in his hotel and they refused saying he's not hands on and isn't really interested in the daily operations of his property? 🤯 I guess it comes from the top down!

Reste ici en déménagant notre fille à U de G et réservé ici parce qu'ils ont un taux réduit pour être U de G parent et petit déjeuner chaud inclus avec votre séjour. L'hôtel est situé dans la partie industrielle de la ville et il n'y a pas de restaurants à pied (par bureau frontal à l'entrée). La chambre était propre, mais il y avait des problèmes de maintenance. La douche s'échappe à travers le sol de la salle de bain derrière le toilette en raison de la mauvaise conception et d'une cortina de douche de tissu qui ne s'arrête pas sur le mur pour former un scellé. La porte de la salle de bains est très difficile à ouvrir et à fermer et a été déplacée ou gonflée en raison de l'humidité. La cuisine est petite, mais fonctionnelle pour une personne à l'époque. Réfrigérateur et micro-ondes étaient propres. Les lits et les coussins étaient confortables et étaient de double taille (comme annoncé). Le chaussure n'était pas un tiroir, même si on dit qu'il serait sur notre réservation. Le petit déjeuner était servi dans des conteneurs de débarquement en raison de la coude et bien qu'il n'était pas grand, il était comestible. Les enfants ont réservé pour utiliser la piscine mais il était si froid qu'ils n'auraient pas aimé. Il ne semble pas être chauffé. La maison de l'hôtel est très bien située, mais elle est très bien située. Il y avait une fourchette, une éléptique et une moto. Il n'y avait pas de garde d'équipe parce qu'ils étaient couchés mais ils fourniraient des sacs de sac à papier, vous avez mis votre sac à papier dans la salle et ils étaient assez rapides pour le retirer. En général, je pense que je resterai ici pour une longue période pour la convenance de la cuisine.

I have to say I want to stay here again and peek around. I had the opportunity to stay for 3 nights, but honestly, I started looking at YouTube videos and realized this place is haunted and changed my mind. I now want to stay there again and realized i should have stayed here for my full business trip. I had the tolken room. Perfect for me. Big Fruit Filled Fig Tree mural and a view of the beauty of a church next to this pretty little community of Paris, Ontario. Whether my mind was playing tricks on me but several times I got noticeable chills down my spin and spouts of extream hot and freezing ice cold.....I know I was being watched and even had to say out loud a fews times to cut it out....nothing scary for me. Might freak some other people out, but remember, the mind can do some funny things to us. The staff is incredible! I met three staff members, and all had pride, and you could tell you are passionate about The Arlington. It is a big deal to work there because of its history and marking in our country. The one lady took me to the basement so I could see the original stone bar and foundation of this amazing structure. I really liked this unique experience staying here and hope i can stay here again one day. Really too bad I missed high tea, what a great idea. I bet they get lots of locals and tourists for these events. Thanks again!

The place is spacious, very clean, nice view on the 18 floor, have all amenities stove , fridge, washer, dryer , gym and swimming pool. The host very friendly and was nice. I will definitely go back again . Also the price is reasonable and affordable, it is like a condominium, not like a hotel. Thank you.

Nous avons été ici précédemment et nous avons toujours eu une expérience supérieure à la moyenne, cette fois nous avons trouvé l'hôtel sale et les chambres ne sont pas nettoyées selon les autres normes Delta/Marriott. Nous comprenons que les défauts de personnel pandémique ont été causés, et c'est peut-être le cas ici. La piscine était occupée et le tube chaud fermé, la salle de sport apparaît également fermée, probablement en raison des restrictions de la COVID. Le vestiaire était très sale à l'intérieur, donc nous avons placé le sac de nettoyage sous nos biens. Il y avait une bande sur le plafond, pas sûr de ce qui était à propos. Nous resterions ici encore, je ne suis pas sûr que je le chercherais comme nous l'avons fait avant. Location très confortable pour les restaurants et les boutiques.

We went to this hotel as a team, after the hotel listed themselves as a ”preferred hotel for the tournament” Which is very confusing to me because they clearly do not want any families there as a group. The amount of times that security had interactions with a group of grown adults, was insane. During daylight hours (3:30-7:30pm) we were told to move locations, then we were then told to leave that area, several times. We tried to be respectful of other hotel guests by staying outside also because it was a gorgeous day, the staff told us we needed to go indoors to the lobby. Night two, we are putting our kids to bed and security wouldn't leave our floor. First they told us that we cannot sit quietly in the hall, just my husband and I at 7:45pm, we had to stand. So we stood up, 10 minutes later we were told we needed to get out of the hallway and go to the lobby because it's a walkway. We tried to explain to the guards that our kids are young and we would not be leaving the hotel room door, but that they cannot go to sleep with us sitting in there. There was a language barrier and after a bit more of a civil conversation, they proceeded to tell us that we would be charged for a noise complaint charge because apparently we had four warnings, we were unaware of the first two or three. The rooms are nice, hotel is new. The breakfast is terrible, eggs were like rubber. I will never understand why hotels that choose to be tournament hotels don't catch on to put us in an actual block of rooms to lessen any potential complaints from other guests. To top it all off, there were 3 homeless men that were in the bush at the back of the parking lot, they came into the lobby and were approaching some of our team girls who are between 11-13 years old, when security was asked about what was being done about this they said ”they had no idea but that they believed it to be okay, no police were called” Thankfully, we had a friend who is a SWAT officer onshift nearby, he came by to check it out and it turns out that all of these men have warrants out for their arrest. How unsettling for all of these parents with young kids, and it seems the hotel didn't think it was an issue.
