Sai Valentines

We had booked for 6 adults but hotel gave 2 rooms with 2 adult bed capacity. After a lot of discussion hotel staffer mentioned didn't pay enough money to hotel for 5 adult stay. We felt cheated but no other way we adjusted in 2, 3 bed. We had company of cockroachs in toilet which we didn't expect.

The view room our booked rooms was outstanding. Locating the hotel was difficult as they don't have proper entrance from road side. They have good car parking. Service was poor. If you want to enjoy the view of sea it's amazing but need to compromise on other things.

I had a good experience, the stay was pleasant, however the charges were on higher side by mmt. The same room was available at much lower rate.

Great location, incredible beach views. We stayed at the top with a shared balcony. Huge room with AC and big bathroom (bit smelly from the basic plumbing). The only problem was that there was clearly subsidence and the whole hut / cottage was sloping backwards a few inches, and I’m not exaggerating. The bathroom door even swung open every time. Therefore when sleeping, my feet were effectively higher than my head. In the morning I felt very dizzy and ending up throwing up. The next night I just slept around the other way, at the foot end, which was fine, except the tiny foam pillows kept falling off. So if you don’t mind a slope, then I’d recommend. But it’s not for me, sadly. Amazing coffee selection in the bar / restaurant.

We only took the cheaper rooms but we were very happy with our accommodation for the price we paid. Overall great value for money. The staff all happy helpful and smiley and there are good massage facilities on site (remember to bargain) All the cooked food we ate was superb. The location at the north end of the beach was easy to access from the back road and surprisingly quiet and clean with good swimming. Minor negative was intermittent Wi Fi . We would stay again and recommend.

This is my third stay at Sai Valentine and my second trip this year alone, that alone says how happy I am with my stay here. The one reason I keep coming back here is that the owner Krishna and the entire team at Sai Valentine are so friendly and make you feel so much at home. I love the location of this hotel since it's at a stretch of the beach that is most serene, the rooms and service are very nice as well. But in the end it's the people here that make me keep coming back. Thank you Krishna, Gautam, Sukhvinder, Ravi and the entire team :)

Though the owner was considerate and refunded our second date stay, but we had not been informed of the under construction status of the rooms. We had cigarette buds in washroom. Dust laid-en bedsheets & pillow covers, alot of construction dust & noise. Location was the only plus. The place looked nothing like in photos.

I have just returned from a very pleasurable stay at Sai Valientine's, Palolem with a friend. This has been my second stay with them. My previous stay was in 2016, which I enjoyed thoroughly as well. This time I was surprised to see the beautiful uplift to the hotel. The rooms on top and a lot of the property has been done up very beautifully. We stayed in the air-conditioned rooms on top, that allow you to have a beautiful view of the sea and the beach, right from your bed. This is an absolutely breathtaking view and since the property is located to the end of the beach on the right and not near the main entrance, it's a very quiet and peaceful stretch of the beach. The bathrooms are very nice and clean. We had a small issue with the shower in our room not giving enough force of water, it wasn't a big deal, but this too was very swiftly and promptly rectified by them and I was quite happy to see that. I liked the food here and it was very reasonable. However, for me I think the number one reason I would go back to stay at Sai Valentine, is the people. A special thanks to the owner Krishna and a the staff - Rohit, Rahul, Arun, Siddhi, Sunny, Gautam - and everyone else who made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. Look forward to going back there sometime soon :)

Gautam was able to give me a sea facing room as a walk in. The room and washroom were very clean and comfortable. Ravi was very professional in the excellent restaurant. Had a great deep tissue massage with their expert masseuse. Thank you Sai Valentine!
