Cancún Plaza Sea View

The listing stated that there was a balcony with the room, that was not the case. It was just a plastic sliding door and no balcony. There were crisps on the floor of the room where it had not been cleaned properly from the previous people. There was also a gross smell coming from the toilet. The staff were somewhat friendly in the bar however, they did not take card which was very inconvenient. Additionally, the coffee served at the restaurant was undrinkable. There was also a piece of glass in the pool area which I stepped on which pierced the skin on the underside of my foot- not great. The location was great, right on the beach. Also the sea view was fantastic. About a 5-10 minute drive up to the main shops/restaurants on the hotel zone and a convenience store located both on site and across the road.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This hotel needs to be shut down. I stayed at this hotel after looking for a place to stay on my way back from Tulum. First of all there is no reception or front desk. I had to speak to the security people and I had to wait in a room for someone to come pick me up and give me my keys. The woman asked me for $100 deposit which I didn’t have cash so I gave her my ID which she asked for. The room smelled like mold and mildew, and the whole hotel is rundown and old and falling apart. I was in my bed when a roach crawled around the sheets and into our suitcases. There were even roaches in the fridge and cookware. And bed bugs ate me up sleeping there!!! When checking out the woman that checked the sun was nowhere to be found. I had to leave in order to make my flight so I was expecting her to contact me in order to return my ID, but she never did. Beware of this scam. They will ask you for $100 cash “deposit”, and then never return it to you because they are not on the property at time of check out . Or they will take your ID like they did do me. Be aware that there’s little to no employees, reception, help, or anyone to trust at this hotel. Even the security guards were rude and would laugh at you even while speaking Spanish. I would never stay at this hotel again, and I don’t wish this experience on anybody . This hotel is full of thieves, roaches, and bad people. I hated it. This hotel ruined my vacation experience. Even *********** and my credit card company can’t get ahold of this hotel. They will steal and not care about you!!!

Por lo que pagué el hotel bien, la noche previa a irme mi hija preparó su ropa recién comprada para estar lista. De 18 a 21:30 hs alguien con llave entró y se llevó una remera nueva. No se que más se llevaron pero eso recién comprado faltó. La respuesta fue negativa.

No se cumplieron nada de lo contratado , avisado como nos pedían de la hora de llegada nos llevamos 6 h esperando que nos atendieran , la habitación no es lo contratado , puerta o seguras solo una llave , ruido todo el día de motor de depuradoras de la fuente interna, vistas a una pared y techos del restaurante mas los humos , muebles viejos , servicios para 2 personas no 4 como está contratado, sin wifi ni tv como aparece en lo contratado . El sr Rojo no nos atendió nunca por tlf ni por aquí .( hasta la fecha que se juega a tramitar mi reclamación del importe ). La sñr. Monse nos suministran una enrolada su tlf nos da otra habitación a las 10 pm de la noche ( repito voy con dos niños )en la que nos encontramos cucarachas , sin toallas ni papel higiénico. Quiero integro el importe más los impuestos .y se niegan alegando que tenia q cancelar cuando vi que no tenia los servicios contratados. Hacen malo un país y gentes maravillosas . NO RESERVAR CON ELLOS

Sem dúvidas a vista do hotel vale a pena. Apesar de ser no final da zona hoteleira, gostei muito da hospedagem. Tudo limpinho e arrumado. Perto da Praia Delfines, uma das mais lindas que já vi... Apartamento espaçoso com mini cozinha. Tem um mini mercado embaixo e uma Oxxo muuuuito próxima, uns 3min andando.
