You had to carry your suitcases up the stairs. Bathroom is in particularly poor condition and worn out. The bed linen is worn out and old. Even with holes. Tout était parfait, le lit, les pantalons, les serviettes, la salle de bain, la qualité supérieure ! Le personnel était si bienvenu et utile de toute façon! Ils nous ont fait sentir à la maison! She provided us with furniture, spaces, and multiple menus and options and the food was delicious. We couldn’t have asked for a better team that managed everything on our day beautifully. Federica was also so helpful with any tips or tricks traveling abroad and helping with restaurant reservations to train tickets and taxis.
