My husband and I came out for a short time to meet friends. We had a great stay in the docklands apartment. Location was great, staff in the apartment complex were lovely. Our reps who came to let us in were lovely. I needed to extend my stay which they accommodated with no trouble. Messages were answered immediately if I had a query. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for such a great start for a new destination for us

Exceptionally neat apartment. Conveniently situated. Friendly staff. Easy access parking. The only issue was that the external lighting was a bit too bright and shone around the blinds. Other people may not have an issue with it, but where we live we do not have much external lighting. But this is just a very personal issue that may not impact anyone else. I can certainly recommend the place.

From the very start of our dealings with ITC Hospitality Group, the communications were transparent, efficient and friendly. We had very particular criteria for choosing accommodation in Cape Town four our 9 day stay, the most important being safe, secure, stylish, pool area and loadshedding free. I can honestly say that our Apartment 10 - spacious, well-decorated, clean and nicely equipped - surpassed all our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Docklands and have clear intentions to return. Conveniently situated behind the bustling Somerset Road in Green Point, we were able to walk or run to the shops, restaurants, Waterfront, Sea Point and the Beach Promenade. The apartment block itself is an architectural dream of brick, light and plants. The rooftop terrace and barbecue area with it's minimal design and views for days, is in itself a sheer delight. Thank you to the security staff at front desk for watching our backs, friendliness and helpfulness. Yes, Mr. Roberts, I loved our chats. Special thanks to the cleaning crew for keeping all the facilities tidy and orderly. Our heartfelt thanks go to Siyanda, Tyron and MK for all the terrific communications, seamless checkin and checkout as well as the overall service and support.

It was good that the reception was prepared to store my bags and met me at the Uber to pick it up. All the information I had to enter into the reception computer I had already provided when I booked the room, why again? The room was very hot when we entered and the Receptionist who took me there refused to change the air conditioner as he "will not touch it" I had to take instruction from the rental agency to set the air conditioner from its 28 degrees to the normal 22 degrees it should be. There were towels running in the tumble dryer and the receptionist told me they were spare towels that is being dried. When I took the towel out later that night they were the main towels (not spare) as the towels in the bathroom were small face towels. There is a four and a half hour period when the room can be get ready for the next guest. Why where there still towels being dried when the next guest arrive? When I asked reception where the Vasco de Gama restuarant was he answered he don't know. It is 7 minutes' walk from the apartment in De Waterkant. Surely a proper receptionist should know the restaurants in the vicinity of the apartments? The room only had one mirror above the basin in the bathroom. There is no other mirror that you can look to get a full body view of yourself. There is no table at which you can work with your computer in the apartment. I had to fetch a garden table and chair from the veranda and squeeze it into the lounge to be able to work. While i was working, a contractor started to grind down the walls in the flat (321) next to mine. This racket carried on for two hours. I went to reception to complain and they were not informed that someone would be working there. I left the apartment for two hours for the workman to finish his grinding and only then came back to finish my work. I did not recieve value for money at this apartment.

Lots of space. Very central and safe area nearby the V&A waterfront. Clean and well equiped apartment. 3 Bathrooms! Large rooms with high quality interior. Pool on the roof top. Secure parking downstairs. What more can you want!?

Bedroom had damp on walls and skirting, headboard had mould and linen was damp. Initially the ITC agent who checked us in wanted arrange a clean but finally realised that this room was not suitable for stay. Requested we get moved to another room but he advised fully booked. After approx 30 mins I received a text offering to be moved to alternative accommodation, either 1 bed apt in Thibault or 2 bed apt in Cartrights Corner both in different location but obviously opted for 2 bed. After meeting the ITC rep again to arrange the swap he advises it will be and additional R1915 per night. Annoyed they did not mention this originally but I also realised after checking online that the 1 bed apt was nearly half the price I originally paid for The Docklands. The ITC reg denied this despite me showing the evidence on my phone. I was not happy with these options and expressed that it’s not my fault so either agree to move over to other 1 bed but partially refund the difference or move to the 2 bed at their expense After approx 30 mins of back and forth between the ITC rep and his res manager they were only prepared to move us to 2 bed for R1100 per night or 1 bed with no price difference refund. Meanwhile I checked availability online for alternative accommodation. A nearby hotel had availability at a rate similar to what I originally paid. Although it would be a standard hotel room and not a fully equipped apartment but at least I was in my desired area of CPT. They agreed to cancel and refund but I am very disappointed of ITC hospitality lack of accountability, ownership and integrity. So beware anyone booked to stay at The Docklands with ITC hospitality, and assigned room 110.

Really good apartment in a great location cloe to V&A Waterfront with supermarkets ans nice places for brunch in the neighborhood. Very quiet with nice swimming pool in the rooftop of the building and 360º view

at first i was a bit put off by the check in as we had to wait even though we said we would be there at 2.30 and check in is at 3pm we still had to wait quite a while to be shown to our apartment. it is a compact place but our apartment was well equipped and had all we needed. all apartments are different and we were happy with ours but our friends werent.( they were nothing like the ones that were shown on ***********) we had all the info on the fridge with phone numbers etc if we needed them but our friends had nothing like that. it is in a good area where there is a supermarket/ coffee shop/ restaurants nearby. it is about a 15min walk to the waterfront and ubers are cheap to use. parking was good and secure. we could hear our neighbors talking till 3am in the morning one night. we did ask if you could hear through the walls and was told no you couldnt. ( this was the biggest turn off to us ) the light outside is a nuisance of a night and could be easily be fixed by putting a block out curtain that covers the whole window.
