Very helpful staff Great restaurant value for money . Book this hotel if you need somewhere with good location and all the facilities you need

Good location not far from the M4 and about ten minutes from Cardiff by car. Plenty of car parking on arrival and self-service check in kiosks worked fine but it would have been nice to see someone on reception. Room reasonably spacious and clean. No major complaints with the room but the blackout curtains weren't very effective and there was also a tremendous racket from across the hallway going on to the early hours which disappointingly wasn't shut down by staff.

The hotel was easy to find off the motorway and good location for getting into Cardiff city centre. The bedroom was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The ground floor public space was a good size, and beautifully presented. Staff were very attentive and helpful. There was a good local taxi service available from the hotel.

This is my first time to Cardiff North. The self service check-in was fast. Learnt I was allotted a room on Ground floor, I asked a staff in the restaurant for an immediate change of room. She took prompt action and replaced me a room on 2/F. I'm very satisfied with it. The room was bright and comfortable. The minor thing I've to mention is the room service forgot to tidy my room on the third day but it was still fine with me. I definitely will revisit in my next trip to Cardiff.

Easy parking right outside the inn. Warm welcome from friendly helpful staff. Room was very clean and had every thing that we needed for our stay. Had a great breakfast on both days of our stay.

Went down for dinner at 7:30, was told that there were no spaces and come back in an hour. The restaurant and was not even half full.I went down at 8:30, was shown to a table and ordered beer. 20 minutes later they came and asked what I wanted to eat but still no beer. 10 minutes later my beer arrived. I ordered my meal, chicken wings and sirloin steak. I asked for my steak to be medium to rare. The chicken wings arrived and looked like very very small drumsticks that were overcooked. My steak arrived some 20 minutes later and was more well done than medium rare. I was so disappointed and wonder how such a simple meal could be ruined. The room on the other hand was not too bad.

Visited here last year ,reception, dining area, bar and lounge has been renovated to a very high standard, very comfortable and child friendly, will definitely come back.

This had been the worst mattress we have slept on for a very long time and had very little sleep and cannot believe this is a Hypnos mattress as thats always been the reason for us staying at Premier Inns, no issues with the rest of the hotel but considering you book these rooms for a good nights sleep this did not prove the case

Good location, nice hotel, clean rooms, Convenient distance to city center however far enough to be quiet, good food provided on meal deal. Issues with key card for room not working however Kat on reception helped with this. Would stay again in the future
