Decent hotel , good location close to shops and places to eat . Rooms are clean and good size for family's but could do with a tin of paint .Opened the curtains and it looked like it's not been painted since it was built.

We stayed overnight recently at this Premier Inn when attending a gig in Carlisle. Have stayed at this one before, it’s handy for us as it’s close to the A7 junction and away from the rabble of the city centre and there’s plenty of parking spaces to the front and rear. Booked a Premier Plus room as at £40 for the night it was only a fiver more than a standard room. The room was clean and spacious and it was nice to have complimentary water and chocolate. We didn’t make use of the coffee machine and I was really disappointed at the lack of herbal tea bags on the hospitality tray. An all too common occurrence nowadays evidently…c’mon hotels, we’re not all caffeine *******! Just as well I’d packed an emergency bedtime teabag in anticipation. We decided to treat ourselves to continental breakfast in the morning and everything was as expected (with raspberry teabags available!). All the staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful.

Stayed one night to break up journey from Scotland. Lovely comfortable nights stay. Staff friendly and helpful.

Good room, good facilities. Reasonable price. But check in is a nightmare, with bad tempered staff. And despite asking them to ensure my vehicle reg. was correctly validated, and being assured it was; I now have a parking charge notice for £100!

Free WIFI .. utter joke.. you can log onto premier.. (which will cost you) no problem.. free forget it. Other than that not a bad place ... staff are great ... breakfast well worth the cost. Plenty of parking. Dont forget to register your number plate

Toss up between this and the other hotel 2 junctions earlier but this was the better option as the amenities in and around this Premier Inn was perfect

Great place for a stop over on our trip to Scotland, friendly staff and very comfortable beds. We booked a quad room as a family and had plenty of room

Despite website saying free WiFi in every hotel,this was not the case here.Room clean but tired.Bed comfortable.Bathroom clean.Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.Nice food.Great location for travel to the lake district and Scotland

First class hotel,staff are very friendly and helpful,would do anything for you…rooms are very clean beds are very comfortable for a great nights sleep and the food is great,the buffet breakfast is just what you need for a long day at work…would recommend to stay here..Thank you..😀
