The large, open concept townhouse is perfect for entertaining a crowd and is fully stocked to meet all your vacation needs. The main floor boasts cathedral ceilings with floor to ceiling windows so you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the Bretton Woods trails and surrounding mountains.With 4 bedrooms, there is room for everyone. The third floor has two bedrooms, both with in suite bathrooms. The master has a king sized bed and full walk-in closet and the second bedroom has two queen sized beds. Guests must abide by these limitations to protect the physical property and the space of neighbors. Additional vehicles must be parked in specified overflow parking areas. Trailers or RVs may not be parked at any property without permission. Excess vehicles may be towed. -Access from parking to the front door requires climbing down a staircase to the unit's entryway. -The unit's entry is located on a half level between the Main Level and Lower Level, with steps leading up to the Main Level and down to the Lower Level. Trash and Recycling -You can leave trash and single-stream recycling in the unit at the end of your stay. Your rental includes disposal of your trash after your stay. Additional pickups are available for a fee. Disclosures -A signed rental agreement is required for all reservations We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance as exceptions cannot be made. -Rural homes may encounter pests like bears, mice, lady beetles, and wasps. To minimize this, we ask that trash not be left outside. We actively manage these situations while prioritizing environmentally friendly methods and limiting the use of chemicals.
