Hôtels proches de Galleria d'Arte Nicola Pedana, Caserte

In pieno centro a Caserta, comodissimo per la reggia, parcheggio coperto a pagamento esterno alla struttura distante pochi minuti, numerosi locali per mangiare a poca distanza. Le camere confortevoli e pulite, colazione ricca e con brioche di pasticceria. Il proprietario Onorato è davvero cortese e super disponibile.

C'est le niveau d'un hôtel rapide. Il est pratique de faire un pourboire sur le chemin du retour à Rome. Quand je suis sorti de l'hôtel pour la première fois, les environs étaient sombres et je me sentais très dangereux. Je voulais aller à Carrefour pour acheter quelque chose à manger alors je suis retourné à l'hôtel pour le supporter. Sortez ensuite et tournez à droite, tournez à gauche à l'intersection et marchez jusqu'à Carrefour. Après 5 minutes de marche, je suis arrivé à Carrefour et la rue est devenue plus populaire. J'ai pris le courage de marcher pendant environ 5 minutes et d'entrer dans la rue piétonne locale. Juste à temps pour le week-end, il y avait de plus en plus de monde, et j'ai trouvé un restaurant discret. En conséquence, plus les gens entraient dans la nuit, plus il s'agissait d'un petit bar où les jeunes locaux pouvaient dîner. J'ai beaucoup bu et je suis retourné à l'hôtel pour dormir et j'ai pris un petit-déjeuner à l'hôtel le lendemain, ce qui était également un standard d'hôtel rapide, *retour à Rome. On peut seulement dire que c'est un endroit où il fait bon vivre, pas de surprises et pas trop mal.

Pre booking was easy through Agoda. Parked car outside hotel to unload bags, manager helped. Then an easy check in after parking the car across from the hotel for Eur 10 per day in a secure safe camera recorded area. On check-in we were upgraded to a family room which was two rooms with balcony. Rooms were clean and comfortable temperature. That night ate outside at a wonderful restaurant, next morning had breakfast at the hotel which was adequate, Then walked the park and checked out. Overall a great stay and would stay again.

D'une manière générale, l'hôtel n'est pas trop élevé en termes d'emplacement et de rentabilité, et la réservation pour ce voyage est sérieusement incompatible avec la description de la réservation. La chambre triple ne compte que deux lits dans une chambre standard ordinaire, et il est acceptable d'amener des enfants. Après avoir négocié avec l'hôtel, ils ont dit qu'il s'agissait de l'erreur de marquage de Ctrip et que cela n'avait rien à voir avec eux. Il n'y a rien à faire. Heureusement, Ctrip est également positif à ce sujet et le gère correctement, et cela n'affecte pas trop l'humeur.

Personnel qualifié disponible et toujours attentif ! Les nouvelles chambres supérieures sont bien faites ! Il n'y a plus de moquette, mais un parquet magnifique, entièrement rénové ! Note négative oubliez les armoires , ils ont été retirés et remplacés par des étages métalliques qui donnent un sens de trouble et dans la douche il n'y a plus un étage pour douche shampoo ! Peur parce que ça rend la chambre inconfortable !

The receptionists are well trained, helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean, have a decent mini-fridge and air conditioning. The bed is comfortable, but I recommend bringing your own pillows or buy a better one upon arrival. The breakfast is adequate and served in a beautiful ambient. I recommend the dinner as well, at least three or four of your nights at the hotel. There is an abundance of parking spaces and you don't have to pay for it. The hall is nothing less than inspiring. You are not far from Lidl if you need supermarket items. The Royal Caserta Palace is just 4km away and I recommend the visit if you're on holiday. You are also roughly 70km away from Naples and 20km away from Capua. The hotel was a nice finding for me, specially because I paid less than I would have paid for any Premier Inn in the UK, which is nothing compared to this luxurious hotel.

Upon arrival in Limatola we followed our satnav to the hotel, when the satnav eventually stopped there was no clear signage as to where to go next but with Google maps on air view we managed to work this out and continued up the hill through a small arch way - we had an Audi A4 but anything bigger wouldn’t have made it to the car park. Upon getting out the car we headed to what we thought must be the hotel but we ended up wandering around for ages as there is no clear signage to the reception area. Eventually we found reception and managed to check in, the chap didn’t really speak any English at all and we had a fair hike with no lift to our room. The room was really dark with hardly any windows, the bathroom was tiny and again had barely any light at all, the room felt cold and even more basic than the pictures had shown prior to booking. There was certainly no fancy lighting in the bathroom and we had booked a Junior Suite - which this room certainly was not. Our room was located around what was probably the old dining hall and the hotel had covered the open air section in a plastic tarpaulin, it was very windy and this was making a really loud slapping noise which could be constantly heard in the room. The restaurant appeared closed and the minibar only had water or Prosecco so we decided to walk into town - there was no staff anywhere to be seen in the hotel and as other people have commented there appeared to probably be a wedding on that weekend. Limatola was like a ghost town, what there was was closed & there was nobody anywhere, we visited on a Saturday so we’re a little surprised by this. When we eventually got back to the hotel we decided to checkout straightaway and stay elsewhere, upon checking out the staff couldn’t have cared less and didn’t ask why we were leaving when we had only arrived a short while ago. It was such a shame as the castle from the outside is stunning but unfortunately the rooms feel unloved and uninspired, the hotel has potential to be beautiful but it appears they care more for the money from weddings than the accommodation they provide. We ended up staying in the close by town of Caiazzo, as this is where we had dinner booked & it was incredible, a gorgeous typically Italian town with a beautiful Airbnb, shops, cafes and a bank.

Aspects positifs: la chambre était vraiment belle et confortable. négatifs: j'ai essayé de faire une douche chaude (je faisais la pluie toute la journée) mais je l'ai fait juste chaud malgré le thermostat à 38, je ne sais pas pourquoi. Le téléphone fonctionnait 20 secondes et il fallait le faire froid, il a fallu 15 minutes pour m'assècher les cheveux. Mais les meilleurs étaient au restaurant : nous étions un groupe avec un menu fixe, la serveuse a apporté le premier et j'ai demandé deux pots de vin, la réponse était : ”Il faut les payer au premier réception.” J'aurais dû aller dans la chambre, prendre l'argent, payer, manger le premier froid. J'ai renoncé au vin. Ils portent le deuxième: melons et griffes, les deux ne m'aime pas. J'ai demandé s'il y avait une alternative et, Je pense que les réponses pouvaient être : ”Non, nous sommes désolés” (bien, si quelque chose ne me plaît pas, c'est ma faute) ou comme c'est souvent le cas : ”Je vous apporte une pâtisserie de poudre?” (très bien). Mais la réponse était (textes) ”Non, mange ce qui est bon”. Bien sûr, mon plat a été jeté entier. J'ai renoncé à protester pour le respect des organisateurs, Le conducteur de la cabine qui était assis devant moi, étant donné ma colère, mais n'a pas reçu de explications de la part du responsable de la réception. Peut-être, vu les autres excellentes révisions, ce traitement est-il réservé aux groupes?
