Triple peine pour moi car ma mère est décédée 4 jours avant mon départ en Sicile donc annulation du voyage , perte d'un.proche et non remboursement de tout ou d'une partie de mes nuitées sous couvert qu on ne les avait pas payées au prix fort en effet GNV a remboursé 50% ,le giro de sicilia a reporté a l.annee prochaine et l hôtel malgré mon acte de décès n a rien voulu entendre donc quand vous réservez assurez vous que personne ne décédera ou sera malade ! Ou prenez une bonne assurance ! Très déçue par cette attitude et devant retourner l.annee prochaine je ne réserverai pas dans cet établissement dommage !!!

This is a very friendly family hotel that provides bed & breakfast which covers all the different tastes, hold & cold pastries, ham cheeses and will cook eggs if asked. This hotel is right in the centre of the quay, and is surrounded by lots of restaurants with excellent Italian food. You are also near a small beach at the top of the promenade, it is a slow but steep walk down to the sea with a small bar and food area. The hotel is also a short up hill walk to the town, again full of restaurants and shops. There is also pharmacies who are very helpful if you have a small issue. you are also a 10/15 minute walk to the Sunrise Beach bar & restaurant. You can rent sunbeds and brolleys from there and get food and drinks if needed. They are lovely and the hotel recommends them. We are going again this year, as we loved it so much.

This is a little gem of a hotel. My daughter and I stayed here for 7 nights and loved it. Rooms looking out over the courtyard are the quietest and well furnished. It has a great location because at night you wander out to choose from many lovely restaurants which are just outside the hotel over looking the charming marina. The castle at night is lit up with the italian flag. Would go back.

This hotel far surpassed my expectations! The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was better than any other I have experienced throughout Italy - with a mix of sweet and savory offerings. The location is quite amazing! The hotel is located along a road with plenty of restaurants and cafes. It's a short walk to the castle and right across the street from the beautiful marina, where you can rent a boat and reserve water tours. Parking can be sticky, we parked at a sister hotel (a 3-minute walk), but plenty of free parking is within reasonable walking distance. Our room was upstairs in the courtyard, which was lovely. There were two chairs and a table to enjoy our morning coffee. The hotel also provided beach towels! Overall an amazing experience, and I look forward to returning.

Reception staff very helpful, great location, nice pool area, not many hotels in the area have this. Breakfast is typical continental style and nice. All areas of hotel clean n tidy. We had the suite that had Juliet balcony to the front overlooking harbour and a rear balcony with seating overlooking the inner hotel courtyard. Good Aircon. Very nice hotel would recommend it. Yes there is some noise from the street but it's to be expected if you stay in central harbour location surrounded by restaurants and a couple of bars. But only on Saturday is it loud. if tranquility is what your looking for stay out of central areas, and stop complaining when you stay in this great central location. With the beach just a short walk round the corner. Would stay again. Thank you to all staff very helpful and understood my English well.

Disaster! Stay clear! We had the unfortunate experience to eat at the out door restaurant on The first floor - with A beautiful view of the bay/port area. Considering the price level the food was not OK, however the service was far below expectations (bad). We waited almost two (2) hours for the food and had to leave (2315), and were charged full price. Stay clear. Please find other restaurant. Please…

Simply amazing!!!!! Arrived at about 7 in the evening, requested 3 rooms for the night and were greated excellently. Rooms very spacious breakfast very good, pool available. Simbly amazing experience. Parking available at extra charge

Hotel ricavato da una vecchia tonnara nel porto di Castellammare del Golfo in piena zona pedonale. Parcheggio convenzionato a breve distanza (in ogni caso è presente il servizio transfer gratuito). Stanze pulite in stile minimal ma complete di tutto, condizionatore autonomo molto funzionale. Colazione a buffet sia dolce e salato, personale preciso è mai invadente. Piscina di acqua salata con solarium per ottimi aperitivi. Nelle vicinanze ci sono tutti i servizi di cui si può avere bisogno.

We con arrivo via mare, ormeggio assistito dalla marina locale come suggerito dalla signora che ha curato la nostra prenotazione, anche lei molto cortese e disponibile. La struttura consente anche un tuffo in una piscina di acqua salata incastonata in un giardino molto ben curato. La camera essenziale e con bei colori, il bagno ben fornito di ogni confort. Peccato che all'odore di pulito ha prevalso l'odore di muffa che mi ha disturbato molto, la camera sul cortile molto silenziosa.
