Baglio Dello Zingaro

Ho sempre soggiornato in questo hotel,devo dire che è sempre stato il top.. questa volta non è andato per il verso giusto . Partiamo per il top del materasso plastificato,che ha reso il nostro sonno caldo e rumoroso,condizionatore non funzionava correttamente e,per finire la colazione ha lasciato desiderare ,capisco il periodo di non estate ,ma se mi si dice ,colazione inclusa ,tale deve essere .. dispiace tutto ciò,perché conoscendo la struttura ,non me lo aspettavo , spero che vengano prese queste accortezze.

L’Ing Navarra è il suo staff non si smentiscono mai. Da anni ripeto con la mia famiglia l’esperienza positiva di passare dei fantastici giorni presso questa bella struttura. Cordialità, efficenza , pulizia, tranquillità, educazione. Dalla prima colazione alle stanze alla piscina. Tutto notevole. Cinque stelle anche per la simpatia. A presto

Complesso alberghiero di un certo livello, con struttura architettonica molto carina, servizio accoglienza gentile, presente. Locali assolutamente puliti e soddisfacenti alle richieste della clientela. Ambienti con arredamenti in tema sicilyan fashion. Staff sala, presente ed esaustivo. Colazione, per la clientela con pacchetto mezza pensione, varia, luculliana, con prodotti della pasticceria locale sicula, ma anche in versione americana, per la clientela straniera. Vista mare, personalmente richiesta, esaudita e gradita. Posteggio privato perfetto, che fa la differenza, data la posizione vicino al Borgo con fascia Ztl, la quale non aiuta il cliente né il turismo in toto. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Peccato non poter godere della bellissima piscina, anche solo per una vista affascinante la sera, ma ovviamente abbiamo compreso, la contestualizzazione del periodo, ancora, forse prematuro.

The hotel occupies a prime position in Scopello, and has its own private parking. Staff are friendly and helpful - check in was prompt and we were provided useful advice for our Zingaro hike and what to do in /around Scopello itself. Rooms were comfortable and quiet - we had a small balcony facing the mountain. When we checked out the owner personally came to bid us farewell - a nice touch. The hotel has a great pool but due to restricted hours, we were unable to use it during our stay here. Breakfast spread is lavish and served in a bright and airy room near reception.

This hotel was nice, but my god walking up that steep little hill to it in the heat was awful!!! The room I had was a touch small for me - I like space - but the bed was comfy and the air con was good, but I would like to see fly screens so that the windows could be opened for air to reduce air con use. Unfortunately the people in the room beside me had no respect for others and woke me at 00:30 by having a mini party on their balcony right beside my window, but the hotel addressed it promptly and told then to shut up, which I really appreciated. The rooms could maybe benefit from a little soundproofing, I think, as you could hear tvs on too. The colours in the rooms and bed style and covers feel dated to me, but I like lighter colours, and I think a paint job to lighter versions would really elevate the look of the rooms, as well as lighter linens, but this is probably just down to personal preference as my mum on video call really liked it! It was a decent room, in any case. Nice breakfast, in a clean dining room, and staff are very helpful and pleasant. The pool was nice, but I think it needs a new coating to the base, as you could see it starting to peel in places, but it was a good size and attractive, so that’s just a maintenance thing. The staff used those pool vacuums to remove debris from plants, so it is obviously maintained regularly, but presumably they will address the coating out of season. The pool area was nice, but I think it would benefit from loungers that have those face covers, and larger umbrellas for shade. I was lucky in that nobody was around so I was moving from a shaded lounger to a non-shaded one! Just a note for people wanting to buy water: the local shop isn’t great, but the market scoppello is good. Unfortunately it is over 1.5km away, on a road with no pavements. And it is downhill, so you walk back up the hill carrying your purchases. I did it at night when it was cooler, but it was quite dangerous in the dark. It would be beneficial for the hotel to have a shuttle each evening there and back for a minimal fee of say €1, or for them to ask the shop to do a delivery service? Decent place, and scoppello is very pretty. If you are a cat lover, come prepared to feed all the stray kittens. Broke my heart to see a few very skinny ones.

scoperto quasi per caso si è rivelata un ottima scelta. Pulito, di recente costruzione, parcheggio privato e ad un passo dalla ztl di Scopello e dalla riserva dello zingaro che abbiamo raggiunto a piedi. Gentilissimi anche nel risolvere una piccola problematica, che tra l'altro non dipendeva da loro, si sono messi a disposizione da subito per trovare una soluzione. Un complimento particolare alla receptionist che ha dimostrato una professionalita non da tutti. Lo consiglio senza alcuna riserva

Sono stata recentemente con un'amica in questo hotel e lo consiglio vivamente. E' vicinissimo al centro di Scopello ma fuori della ZTL, ha un comodo parcheggio, una bella piscina, una buona colazione. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile, ed il proprietario molto presente ed attento. Consigliatissimo.

Aaaah i giovani d'oggi...arroganti e presuntuoisi...la reception è l'accoglienza di ogni struttura...la prima immagine.....e se mette a disagio per prepotenza fa chi non ha storia lavorativa e non sa adeguarsi in più oltrepassa la privacy altrui ....c'è poco da fare ...non piace e si vive a disagio. Un saluto a Francesca sperando che possa fare altre esperienze per crescere e imparare....fortunata che non ha ancora avuto segnalazioni alle autorità competenti...solo perché dovrebbe abbassare la cresta e portare rispetto. ottima professionalità serietà cultura esperienza nel settore conoscenza di più lingue parlate cortesia educazione e gestione anche in situazioni d'emergenza hanno reso il soggiorno da parte della Signora Renata alla reception davvero una favola. Difficile da esprimere gli atteggiamenti e toni di una ragazzina ...apparentemente padroneggiante mettendo in difficoltà i clienti e personale presenti nei suoi turni. Soggiorno esclusivo per location struttura organizzazione e pulizia . Complimenti....oliva nera solo per la giovane ...basta evitarla 😀
