Accueil agréable.Chambre et salle de bain grandes et très propres.Literie très confortable.Beaucoup de produits d accueil très agréables.Très bel hôtel .Les parties communes pourraient être un peu plus modernes et claires.

Very nice hotel with spacious and clean rooms and an accommodating staff. Our room with a sea view was quite spectacular. We chose the hotel as a quiet stopover on arriving from Bilbao airport and driving west. And it was just that.

Lovely hotel a stones throw to the sea. Rooms were comfortable and stylishly furnished with the added extra of a kettle. My only ****** was that we were in twin beds but as we were only there one night we didn’t make the effort to change the room

Great service! We received a great recommendation which places to visit in Cantabria (not included in very detailed tourist guide). Very convinient location close to the beach and nice promenade The room was clean and the bathroom also. As I decided to go for the lower cost option I received a smaller room, which was ok for a few nights.

Excellent stay at this gem of a hotel. The staff were so helpful. We had a beautiful, large room on the 3rd floor with fabulous views over the sea. The room was spotlessly clean. Tea/ coffee and bottled water provided. Comfy beds and hotel was very quiet. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries and a wonderful range of cheeses/ hams/ tortilla . This was a great place to stay in a lovely town, a perfect start to our Spanish holiday. The car was kept safe in a underground car park. We really felt the management and staff were proud of this hotel and really took time and trouble to make sure we had a good stay.

Stayed one night to explore Castro urdialies en route to ferry home. About 15 min walk along the sea front to downtown where the action is. Room fine with tea and coffee facilities (rare for Spain) and was ‘standard decent chain’ quality. Staff all friendly. We were able to park directly outside the hotel (€9) but this was low season. Didn’t pay for breakfast as it seemed expensive and there were several cafés offering breakfast less than 2 min walk away in the little local centre. A good base to enjoy the tapas delights of Castro Urdialies

The hotel’s tranquil ivory and beige color scheme is a welcome respite after a day on the Camino. The hotel’s large windows frame the lovely red tiled roofed homes. Make time to visit the beach. Too tired to venture out, we treated ourselves to a lovely dinner in their main dining room; top notch service and delicious menu! Sorry we had to leave so soon.

Great hotel, super nice staff. We showed up unannounced and got a nice parking spot in front of the hotel and a super comfortable room with a great view. NIce, modern, good looking hotel, at a 10 minutes walk from the downtown where all the tapas bars are, so not too close to be bothered by the noise but close enought for a nice stroll along the beach. Great find together with Castro Urdiales, a pearl in the Cantabrian sea.

Bien ubicado en una parte más tranquila de Castro. Habitación completa con todo lo necesario. Personal en recepción muy amable. Incluye botellas de agua de cortesía y tiene hervidor para hacer café/te (en nuestro caso solo un sobre de café para 2 personas). El hotel está algo anticuado, tanto estética como funcionalmente. A tener en cuenta que como en todo Castro solo hay zona azul en los alrededores.
