Jacob's Cave Suites - Cappadocia

I stayed at Jacobs Caves with three friends for 4 nights, it really was a wonderful place to stay! The rooms were spotlessly clean with really comfortable beds. The breakfast was superb, so much to choose from! Special shout out to the staff Ishmail, Ozcan and Gorkem who gave amazing service and great advice & help in booking our activities which included a balloon ride, green tour, red tour, ATV tour and Turkish night. We definitely would not have been able to do so much without their knowledge and assistance in booking the activities, big thank you 😊 The location is very peaceful and relaxing, make sure you get up early one morning as you will catch the balloons flying directly above the hotel. Do pop along to Orman Restaurant for lunch/ dinner which is only a five minute walk from the hotel, you will receive a warm welcome with amazing food. I will definitely be back and bring family next time, thanks again for a wonderful stay!

It was an excellent welcoming and comfortable hotel. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful for all their guests. I brought my American and British friends to their hotel, they were all happy during the stay in this hotel. I want to thank to Ismail, Görkem and Özcan very much. They were so kind, thoughtful and caring people. I felt myself llucky to have selected Jacob’s Cave Hotel in Çavuşin. By the way, if you have chance to visit Çavuşin, you should try Orman Restaurant and to taste the Turkish cuisine.

Our stay was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond, providing friendly and helpful service with excellent recommendations. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the serene a**osphere, complemented by a stunning view of hot air balloons with the sunrise , made our experience truly memorable. What a glorious stay!!! Staff are delightful, the area is peaceful and picturesque. We were very happy to have chosen to stay in the calmer area of cavusin especially as we had a car for ease of getting round Cappadocia. Would whole heartedly recommend staying here to anyone!!!!

We enjoy a lot our stay in Jacob’s Cave Suites! The place is very nice with the room are very confortable and the vue is very nice! All the staff is very kind and helpful if you have any problem! It’s well located neer Goreme! We definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful hotel. We booked cave rooms. Suites . Nice amenities in the room. AC works well. There are windows so not claustrophobic at all. Breakfast is good. There’s ample tea coffee to be had throughout the day. The terrace is excellent for sipping wine in the evening and watching balloons in the morning.

We arrived at Jacobs and was greeted by Eren. Who offered us a drink as soon as we arrived. He then spoke with us about some tours. He was so helpful and cheerful. We stayed here for 7 nights and Ismail and Eren couldn’t have helped us more then they did, they both went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. From offering us teas and coffees (they have a cute set up of free teas and cakes which you can help yourself too all day and night. The Turkish tea is a must. Eren and Ismail always found time to have chats with us. The breakfast is lovely and was authentic Turkish breakfast. The room was very clean and spacious. We can’t thank Eren and Ismail enough for making our stay at Jacobs Cave so amazing and memorable. Ismail also went out of his way to take us to a pottery cave. Which was such a lovely kind gesture. Thank you so much. Saima and Zayn
