Avantages: -Bon prix. -Super endroit, il est situé sur l'autoroute à côté du 7/11 et entre mon église et le cercle de Fuente que j'aime le plus. A seulement quelques mètres de mon église et à quelques pas de celle de Robinson. - Petite (j'ai réservé un lit simple, donc je pense que les chambres simples sont comme ça) mais propre et le lit est très confortable. -Tarifs abordables -A le WiFi. -Personnel accueillant, toujours souriant. 🙃 Les inconvénients: - La douche chaude ne fonctionne pas. -Trop bruyant la nuit puisque ma chambre donnait sur la route principale, les adolescents rient et crient jusqu'à 3h du matin. Donc si vous souhaitez une chambre calme choisissez l'autre côté.

We went to Cebu for a few days and decided to stay here since the location is near almost everything that we need and the rate is cheaper compared to other hotels nearby. Here are my thoughts: 1. Originally, we booked a Deluxe Room (one queen bed and one single bed) via phone a week prior our arrival. The Receptionist told us that the room can hold three guests since they don't have a room with three beds. 2. When we arrived, I was surprised to see how small the room was. The beds can definitely fit three adults / persons but the room itself is quite cramped for three people with luggages. You can't even walk around the room without bumping to each other or bumping to the furniture. 3. I went to the Reception Area and requested if we can have three single beds instead. In my head, I imagined that with three single beds, we could have more space and navigate a little freely. 4. Arrived back the hotel around 8ish (after having dinner) and was disappointed that our room was not arranged how we requested several hours ago. 5. Went back to the Reception Area and explained what has transpired. It was a good thing that the staff there were polite that kept me from making a scene. 6. I explained (again) that the reason why we're requesting for three single beds because the size of the room doesn't suffice three adults. Receptionist apologized and ALSO agreed that the room was too tiny for us. I almost laughed because when we checked in, I explained to them that we were three guests. They even asked for a 500php fee for the additional person. Why didn't they tell us from the start that the room was not equipped to accommodate three guests? 7. I requested for a bigger room (Family Room) which only costs 100php more than our original room. Luckily, there was an available room the following day until we leave Cebu. 8. Family Room was definitely spacious. It has a one queen sized bed and a sofa bed. The room was adequately clean but there are some evidence of worn out furniture and old sheets (clean but minimal stains). Fortunately, the bathroom was clean and the towels were relatively new. 9. We requested to ”Make Up Room” the next day since will be out the whole day that time. When we got back, again, felt really frustrated because the room was still unkempt and the trash weren't taken out. Needed to call the Reception Area again. 10. They provide free WiFi but they will just give you a piece of paper with the code. And the code is only good for one gadget for two days. If you have like five gadets, you need to ask five vouchers. Since we were at the 4th floor, for some reason, the internet gets disconnected from time to time. 11. They don't offer free water daily. I suggest that you stock up your room with water. 12. Aircon is old. It can cool the room partially because it's just a window type zircon which I think is just less than 1 horsepower. It's manual. 13. No trash bin inside the room. You need to go to that bathro

L'hôtel est très agréable. Vous remettraz bientôt en service. Si vous voulez la qualité, arrêtez de regarder les hôtels sous 2k pesos. Surtout si vous avez des invités. Je choisirais cet hôtel sur un hôtel de resort de 8k pesos. Bfast était différent chaque jour et la nourriture était chaude. Nous avons mangé un petit déjeuner si bon que nous avons abandonné le déjeuner.

The cheapest hotel I could find. Stayed for 15 days. The rooms was on 4th floor nice and clean. I say rooms because halfway through our stay our air conditioning unit gave out so we were relocated(for free) to another room. The employees were all kind and willing to help with everything we needed. Location is nice. Almost next to Ayala mall and the general area is safe and easy to navigate/find transport in the form of either jeepney or bus. Decor is a bit gloomy and outdated. That beige on the walls is the only thing I disliked. It is by no means a 5 star hotel but it's a bargain for its price(15 euros a night) anyone would be stupid to pass. I recommend it to everyone who want to visit Cebu on a budget. We didn't taste their kitchen or visit the gym they have.

C'est notre 5ème séjour à Solea et cela ne vieillit toujours pas en nous car nous aimons toujours séjourner dans ce complexe. Mon fils de 1 an prend toujours plaisir à courir dans le vaste espace du terrain, adore jouer dans la salle de jeux et nage dans différentes piscines. Ce complexe est parfait pour les enfants et les enfants de cœur. J'attendrai sûrement avec impatience un autre séjour bientôt 👍

J'ai séjourné ici pendant 2 nuits. Partout, le personnel vous accueillera avec le sourire et vous aidera. Et la sécurité est solide. Il y a de bonnes choses chez les gens, mais rien d’autre ne me satisfait. chambre ・L'odeur dans la chambre n'était pas bonne, ce qui m'a un peu dérangé. ・La chambre est relativement propre. C'est pourquoi cela prend si longtemps. Si rien n'est trouvé lors du départ, votre argent vous sera remboursé. ・Le paiement est relativement fluide. Nous avons eu un vol tardif et retardé mais merci la camionnette (shuttle aéroport gratuit) nous attendait. Le lobby était simple et l'entrée était facile. Avant de venir à notre chambre, ils nous ont demandé de trouver les équipements dont nous avons besoin (kits dentaires, kits de rasage et rôtières). Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre Twin C, il a une grande réf, cuisine, télévision, micro-ondes, table et chaises et 2 grandes lits. La salle de bain était comme celles du Japon, compact et petite. Il n'y avait pas de cabinets. Les lits étaient confortables pour dormir sur le cygne et l'ac fonctionnait bien. Le petit déjeuner était servi dans ce qui était comme une salle de café, il était censé être plat, mais il était servi de style buffet, le menu du petit déjeuner était simple. Il change chaque jour. L'hôtel est très confortable et confortable, car il est connecté au J Centre Mall et il y a des pharmacies, des banques, des magasins de confort et un spa à proximité. L'hôtel était également près du parc thématique Skywater, mais malheureusement il était indéfiniment fermé. Le check-out était aussi facile. This visit to Marco Polo truly saddened me. If you read some of my past reviews of this hotel I noted it was my favorite place to stay anywhere in the world. This was my first post Covid visit and I was shocked and disappointed. - Basic maintenance has not been completed. For example, there is a glass elevator that goes to Blu their rooftop restaurant. This elevator was out of order and when I asked why I was told “Covid.” Covid travel restrictions were lifted a long time ago and that’s no excuse. In a second example, we returned to our room after a long night and the key did not work. It turned out the battery in the electronic device on the door needed to be replaced and the front desk understand the issue immediately, so this must happen often. Good hotels replace these batteries on a schedule so the guests never suffer from dead batteries. - Service, which used to be outstanding?@, is now unacceptable. First, the English language skills of most employees we encountered were sub par. Second, the person who checked me in was being trained, so the check in process was very slow. Third, service at the poolside bar during lunch was slow, the waitstaff inattentive and they failed to include my banana shake on the bill so as we are leaving the grab us and give us a second bill to pay. Fourth, service at breakfast was terrible. I had to ask for black tea three times before I got it, seeking some out 3 times as no one ever came to check on us. When we arrived around 9 AM there was no bacon (later replenished with bacon that looked so bad I did not even try it, fatty and not crisp), there was 1 banana, which was never replenished, there were no juice glasses (later replenished). The food quality was adequate but not nearly up to pre-Covid standards. Overall the service was lacking. - I was also disappointed that the lobby lounge, which used to have live music every night now has piano music only and only 1 night per week I am told. - There was a cart of dirty linens in our hallway both days Some of these things are not expensive or hard to fix. It doesn’t cost a lot to have live music in the lounge nightly as there are lots of singers groups looking for opportunities. It doesn’t cost a lot to make sure you change door card batteries regularly Others are basic requirements if doing business. For example you don’t leave a glass elevator to one of the most expensive restaurants in Cebu out of order for month/years. I am purchasing a condo unit in Marco Polo residences and expected to regularly visit the hotel for meals/drinks, but if this is the quality and service we can expect, then I will not be utilizing their services.
