Good value for money. Good location for what we wanted. Not perfect at all, but for a budget hotel in India this is good.. Elevator was a plus. A bit of a rarity in budget hotels in India. Hot water too, not all hotels had this. Location was good. Very close to bazaar, and train/metro station. Breakfast options were ok. Plentiful, and served in room. Used shuttle arrange by hotel, from airport, on first night. Was flawless, and took a lot of the stress out of arriving. No windows to room. in some ways though this was a benefit, as it blocked the sound from outside. Wanted to use same hotel for end of journey, before heading back to Europe; prices had increased significantly though, so booked elsewhere.

Property is good maintains adequate clanliness n hygien factors. Their food quality is awesome keeping the food prices at reasonable level. FoM is too good and supportive, I forgot the name of the gentleman. Room service is good candy people are courteous. Only they need to improve the quality n behaviour of a front office staffs who I'd not at all fit for hospitality industry....a tall n thin guy (don't know his name) his behaviour dress up conversations not at all professional. He sits at the guest lobby area on sofa resting his legs with shoes on the centre table, believes he is close to the owner that's y so he bears that attitude neither zmy other staff FOM has the courage to ask him for correction. Otherwise I would say best property in paharganj area
