Ce n'était pas mal pour assister à l'expo, mais l'emplacement en lui-même était bon, mais l'emplacement n'était pas très bon.

Everything is great and beautiful, everyone serves you, I will definitely repeat staying there, but I do not recommend the laundry and ironing service. There are still some stains on the T-shirt and the ironing is not good

Booked this hotel as it was near to JIEXPO which was where my event was held. The hotel is about 10 minutes car ride to JIEXPO, which was really convenient for us. However, it is not nearby any major shopping malls or food places so for any late night supper, you will have to grab in. Service can be very slow during peak periods (e.g. DWP festival) and check-in queues can take up to 30minutes. We requested for a non-smoking room during booking and was only told that none of the non-smoking rooms were ready by 3pm check-in time and had to wait another additional 1-2 hours. Breakfast provided was acceptable at best. Executive king room was spacious but can be a little worn down.

No wifi in the room even after informed the reception and also no wifi in lounge.
Sample goods that we asked to put in room twice over 2 days not done.
Sink water handle broken and metal falls
Used lounge twice but food is terrible (pizza and carbonara very bad.
Ordered cake from vendor but refused to accept to let in to send to reception… lucky i was in the room…
Many problem with service.
Only good thing is location.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Mercure Jakarta Kemayoran and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel boasts a modern, elegant design with a spacious lobby that sets a welcoming tone. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a restful retreat after a busy day.
The hotel's location is strategic, situated between the Kemayoran and Sunter business districts, and close to shopping and culinary areas like Kelapa Gading and Mangga Dua. This made commuting and exploring the city quite convenient.
Dining at the on-site Catappa Restaurant was a highlight, offering a diverse menu that caters to various tastes. The staff throughout the hotel were attentive and courteous, enhancing the overall experience.
Whether you're visiting Jakarta for business or leisure, the Grand Mercure Jakarta Kemayoran provides a comfortable and convenient base. I look forward to returning on my next trip.

I recently stayed at the Grand Mercure Kaymayoran and wanted to share my experience.
Firstly, the positives: the room itself was quite good, with a comfortable bed and nice pillows that made for a restful night. The decor was pleasant and the amenities met my needs during my stay.
However, there were a few significant drawbacks that affected my overall experience. I was assigned a room next to the main road, which was quite noisy. The traffic sounds made it difficult for me to get a good night’s sleep, which was disappointing.
Additionally, room 1509 had issues with the toilet that really need to be addressed. The shower area was mouldy, which is not only unsightly but also concerning from a hygiene perspective. More troubling was the state of the toilet bowl, which had a strong, unpleasant smell of urine. This made my stay less enjoyable and certainly not what I would expect from a hotel of this caliber.
In summary, while the bed and room quality were commendable, the noise and bathroom conditions significantly detracted from my stay. I hope these issues can be resolved for future guests, as I see potential in this hotel.
