Hotel location super nice as this trip is concert trip. The hotel very near to Indonesia Arena. Walkable distance around 5min.

Very good hotel, Big varieties of breakfast, Executive Lounge is very comfortable with High Tea & Cocktail dinner

Really a beautiful and luxury hotel, nice lobby, room and environment. Very clean and comfortable. The bed is so big, luxury, comfortable, soft, like sleeping on the cloud. Wifi is also available and fast. The bathroom is really clean and spacious. Staff were friendly they will greet you warmly. The checkin process wqs qlso smooth. On the other side, the air-conditioner is too cold but luckily can be turned off. Lack of complimentary for a pricey hotel. Not even snacks or drinks. The deposit is too high which 2 million IDR for 2 nights (1 million per night). Recommended to pay in cash for fully and fast refund after checkout. Read somewhere using card can be charged. The breakfast is way too far from expectation for a luxury hotel. It doesn’t taste good, the pastry is too dry, the chili oil for dimsum is too bitter, other foods are also taste ordinary and some are dry. The variety is not really interesting. Not really have expensive and wow taste neither. Have two day breakfast and did not even bother to repeat on the second day. Tips i have read from other review, make sure you enter 2 adults during booking because if it stated only 1 adult even you paid for two person price, they will only let 1 person to have breakfast. Other are just make sure you are really a behave client who knows how to take care of the room and dress nicely (no slipper and wet) because this hotel is for rich and ViP people. Otherwise you’ll be treated less.

Location is superb if you are attending a concert at the Arena. Toilet amenities can be improved as a 5Star property.

I love the bed; it was so comfortable to sleep in. By the way, I’m picky about beds and pillows. Next, the breakfast! There are many choices, and everything is delicious; the atmosphere is amazing.

Hotel Mulia Senayan has always been my favourite choice in Jakarta and I am the regular customer for this hotel too... happily stay here! More over I do enjey the breakfast and go lot of choices too.....

i stayed for 2 nights.. old style interior but still luxury.. the room is very clean but the bed is not really comfy maybe the bed mattress type is soft not medium hard.. the coffee in amenities still Nescafé sachet, i think for the hotel with the price at least using coffee machine, but it’s not mandatory just preferences.. mineral water is more than enough when refilled.. the most favorite part for me is the breakfast in restaurant “The Cafe”..all the food is 95% delicious, their grilled salmon, soup based and fruits that i refill more than 2 times.. the staffs are very friendly and helpful.. maybe from entrance to lobby is quite far..overall is very good, recommended 👍🏻

great experience of overall aspect! Unfortunately there are 2 unsatisfied things. First, the breakfast was disappointing as the Hotel gave me another breakfast provider (not in the main breakfast place) that the most unsatisfied thing was the menu not reflect to 5 star Hotel (like 3 star Hotel) and the time for breakfast was limited (7 to 8 am). Second, got a problem on the water of bath up which is brown and dirty. Hopefully the Hotel management could consider the compensation.

Overall a decent stay, felt more 4 stars than 5 stars. There were insufficient amenities for 2 people and the bathtub was quite dirty. Not enough powerpoints in the room to charge two phones though, we had to unplug a standing lamp to charge. But the beds were comfortable and the staff were very accommodating and friendly! Thank you for the great service!
