The hotel's exterior is incredibly luxurious, exuding a low-key elegance upon entering the lobby. The staff greet guests warmly and warmly. The rooms exude a warm atmosphere, the mattresses are comfortably comfortable, and the bathtubs are clean. The staff handle various inquiries exceptionally well. The hotel's dining options were also excellent, adding a lot of color to my trip.

Had a wonderful stay at Harris Suites! The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, making us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. Location is also a big plus—convenient and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Everything ran smoothly and we really enjoyed our time here. Would definitely return and recommend to others!

Really a beautiful and luxury hotel, nice lobby, room and environment. Very clean and comfortable. The bed is so big, luxury, comfortable, soft, like sleeping on the cloud. Wifi is also available and fast. The bathroom is really clean and spacious. Staff were friendly they will greet you warmly. The checkin process wqs qlso smooth. On the other side, the air-conditioner is too cold but luckily can be turned off. Lack of complimentary for a pricey hotel. Not even snacks or drinks. The deposit is too high which 2 million IDR for 2 nights (1 million per night). Recommended to pay in cash for fully and fast refund after checkout. Read somewhere using card can be charged. The breakfast is way too far from expectation for a luxury hotel. It doesn’t taste good, the pastry is too dry, the chili oil for dimsum is too bitter, other foods are also taste ordinary and some are dry. The variety is not really interesting. Not really have expensive and wow taste neither. Have two day breakfast and did not even bother to repeat on the second day. Tips i have read from other review, make sure you enter 2 adults during booking because if it stated only 1 adult even you paid for two person price, they will only let 1 person to have breakfast. Other are just make sure you are really a behave client who knows how to take care of the room and dress nicely (no slipper and wet) because this hotel is for rich and ViP people. Otherwise you’ll be treated less.

Definitely located in the perfect location, near shopping malls and public transport. Room looks old, with not many amenities inside eventhough i booked their executive room. I also had a problem with the Aircon in my room, very very hot, and unfortunately the phone is not available so we need to chat on their whatsapp if we need something, but it took a veryyy long time for them to response (took around 20-30mins for them to reply my message), wait for the technician that never coming. I need to go down to the lobby to directly complain to them and speeding the process.. at last they decide to move me to another room. They need to improve for their speed to resolve any complains for the guess, at least if your telephone not working, there should be someone stand by for 24/7 on your whatsapp number so we not need to wait loooooong time to get a response. Positive side, their staff are very friendly, and quite various options for the breakfast buffet.

Dans l'ensemble, c'était un hôtel simple et abordable. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de salle de sport. Le centre commercial était juste à côté, ce qui permettait aux voyageurs de faire du shopping ou de se restaurer facilement. J'y retournerais volontiers, à condition que cela reste dans mon budget.

The hotel layout was nice , but the area of it at night was the worst and dangerous It's a nearby mosque and looks /sounds like not just one. my 6 days 5 night was sleepless with all the praying and sounds around Me, NVR knew the barriers of the sounds prove was so bad. Toilet without hose too. Was hard for me to bath and wash , overall would say will not really go for this hotel again . Crew was nice but things was settle for the seek to settle and not settle well , WiFi cut out shortly too which it's like need to keep loging in and out and only 2-3 device connected.

La chambre d'hôtel japonaise est très grande. L'ensemble du style japonais de l'hôtel est partout, le service global est également très bon, le petit déjeuner est en anglais, chinois, le service japonais et un riche repas.

Je ne sais pas si c'est parce que j'ai été trop tard. Je suis arrivée à plus de trois heures du matin. Je suis resté dans la chambre à côté de la route. Plus de quatre heures l'église opposée a commencé à chanter ou à sec. Je ne peux pas dormir, parce que la salle est proche de l'exposition, la chambre est pleine, je ne peux pas changer. L'attitude

Location in Central Jkt makes it convenient to travel around. Hotel is clean/comfortable/cosy. Only missing is regrettably a mini-bar in room. All other room amenities are adequately sufficient.
