I am really impressed with this property it is wonderful. Impressive entrance to the grounds.The reception decorations are beautiful. The staff have been wonderful and are very helpful , they cannot do enough for you. The rooms are very tastefully decorated, very similar to a Four Seasons/Ritz Carlton style. The pool area and beach are very nice and the hotel is in a great location. I have extended my stay as my wife and I are enjoying it here so much.I have stayed at many 5* properties throughout the world and this place is now high among my favourites. I will be come back.

The Chinese Restaurant Fu Lue Woman Manager- Som for no apparent reason has been very unprofessionally rude, repugnant and impertinent to me! Not once but every visit of mine is met with such obnoxious attitude. She would tell me that they are very busy and the food would take more than an hour and a half to serve even though the restaurant is not even half full! Whatever I order from the menu she would tell me it’s finished including desserts but then I see others ordering it and it’s being served to them. Also, I have not finished my order she would pretend to assume I have finished ordering and walked away! She would pursed her lips, give me a contemptuous glare and make a “tsk” sound with her tongue when I continued ordering! No one can fathom what kind of service staff would be so vicious and vile in service like Som! She’s a total disgrace to both the hospitality and service industry! Definitely NOT an asset but a TOTAL LIABILITY to the organisation that chose to hire her. One rotten egg spoils the entire basket! I don’t recommend this Chinese Restaurant.

Our recent stay at Sheraton Resort and Spa Huahin was absolutely exceptional. We checked in on July 24 and stayed for three nights and four days. The entire experience was smooth and amazing, as it always is when we visit. The outstanding service we received ensured that we will make this an annual sister trip. Every department, from the bell boys who collected our bags to the front desk staff who facilitated check-in and check-out, was incredibly helpful. In particular, K. Orijin demonstrated great kindness and a service-oriented mindset. During our stay, only one restaurant, Luna Lanai, was open on weekdays. However, all three of our meals - breakfast, lunch, and dinner - were enjoyed there, and the food and beverage team never failed to impress. They were incredibly accommodating, even going so far as to ask the chef to prepare meals not on the menu based on our preferences. We would like to extend our gratitude to the entire F&B team for taking such good care of us and making us feel like royalty. It is because of their dedication and exceptional service that we have decided to make this an annual tradition, spending our sisters' trip at this beautiful hotel. A special thank you goes to Chef A, Sunee, Oh, Dom, Noom, and the SV team consisting of Surat, Alex, Manfa, Yodsanon, and Bam. Each of them played a significant role in making our meals outstanding. Das Hotel ist wunderschön, der Service einzigartig. Wir wurden herzlich mit einem Erfrischungsgetränk in der Lobby empfangen. Danach wurden wir zu unserem Zimmer gebracht, alles wurde durch einen freundlichen Mitarbeiter erklärt. Das Hotelzimmer war gross, hell und sauber. Jeden Tag wurde es gereinigt, neue Handtücher bereitgelegt. Ein Balkon mit Blick auf den Hoteleingang war dabei. Der Swimmingpool mit Blick auf das Meer war atemberaubend. Das Restaurant in dem wir das Abendessen zu uns nahmen war ebenfalls mit Blick auf das Meer wunderschön. Der Service war einzigartig, das Personal super nett und zuvorkommend. Waren immer darauf bedacht das es uns an nichts fehlte. Der Abschied fiel schwer, denn es war ein traumhafter Urlaub in einem tollen Land, mit sehr freundlichen, entspannten Menschen die uns den hektischen Alltag in unserer Heimat vergessen ließen. Sehr gerne kommen wir, wenn es uns möglich ist, in dieses wunderschöne Land sowie Resort wieder.

Briza sur la plage n'est pas savoureuse. Est-ce la nourriture d'un hôtel 5 étoiles ? Le bar de la piscine propose de délicieux hamburgers Pad Thai. Le petit déjeuner était également délicieux. J'ai mangé les nouilles de riz deux ou trois fois. C'est très propre, comme le Sapping Hotel. Il faut un certain temps pour prendre un taxi jusqu'à Market Village Blue Port, environ 30 minutes si vous êtes occupé ? Mais je n'y peux rien Une promenade sur la plage vaut la peine et la baignade n'est pas mauvaise non plus.

Excellent hotel for the beach. The breakfast is very good just ask the staff for eggs cooked the way you like. The room was very spacious and excellently clean. and we booked a pool room and you just opened the room door on to the terrace and stepped in to the pool. Very impressed The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. They could not do enough for us. We will definitely come back to this hotel The management should be very proud of their staff they were wonderful The manager was unbelievably kind as well and a lovely person

Returning yet again, have been staying here for over 10 years, missed 2021 due to COVID19 regulations. Very spacious hotel in a beautiful setting, perhaps slightly worn around the edges but the pool and gardens are immaculately kept. Spacious room overlooking the pool and beach. The entrance lobby is stunning with seating areas to relax. The village nearby is struggling since covid and we try and patronise it as much as we can. The local family run restaurants serve traditional Thai cuisine at extremely reasonable prices. The hotel is also conveniently located for Hua Hin and Cha Am easily accessible by taxi. We will definitely return.

Il n'y a pas de plage lors de la marée montante qui est à peu près tôt le matin (avant 9h00) et l'après-midi lorsque le soleil n'est pas trop brillant (vers 16h00 et plus). En dehors de ces périodes (temps pas trop chaud), la plage est trop sale et rocheuse, certainement pas pour nager même le personnel de l'hôtel m'a dit d'éviter de nager car c'est trop dangereux surtout pour les jeunes enfants. Trop de coquillages pointus, de roches et de déchets. La chambre est confortable et propre. Il y a beaucoup de commodités pour les enfants et ma fille de 2 ans adore ça. Le personnel de la réception n'est pas du tout serviable et semble ne pas aimer prendre le téléphone. J'ai demandé plus de couette et je dois attendre 2 jours sans aucune explication. le personnel de la nourriture et des boissons est très serviable. Je mange au restaurant Joe kool, la nourriture y est délicieuse mais ne varie pas. Les autres restaurants sont tous fermés en raison de la situation de covid.

В целом всё хорошо, отель не новый, это заметно, но в основном всё работает. Заметно хорошее управление отелем, все процессы отлажены, заселение больших групп проходит быстро. На завтраках всего, что предлагается, достаточно, не заканчивается, даже при большой заполненности ресторана. Существенный недостаток в номере - это отсутствие свободных розеток рядом с кроватью и со столом, если нужно использовать ноутбук, то относительно удобно только использовать розетку для ТВ, если его отключить. Остальные розетки расположены неудобно. На фото показал это В тренажёрном зале нет полотенец и питьевой воды, это тоже минус.

J'ai réservé le haut de la planche (3) car je préfère ne pas écouter les gens qui m'écrasent et déplacent des meubles.. Je savais qu'il n'y avait personne à côté de la porte, donc pourquoi j'écoutais le chat constant des gens et une télévision jusqu'à ce que je suis parti 1am..well Il semble que c'était de la chambre à travers la hall et que c'est parce que le vide au-dessus du plafond était espace vide avec aucun La chambre est très bien située, et le salon est très bien situé. La salle de bains est très bien accueillie et très bien accueillie. Il fallait leur demander de cesser d'irriger le jardin un jour, de sorte que je puisse prendre une douche.. Sprinklers sur aucune douche dans la chambre de yer.. donc pour ces raisons je ne recommanderais pas ou rester encore ....

L'hôtel est très confortable et confortable. Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable. En particulier K.Pon (désolé de oublier son nom) Le bureau frontal était attrayant pour nous aider spécifiquement K.It (boy de cloche) il est très actif. K.Puy (GSA) est bon pour nous aider aussi. Le petit déjeuner était bon, la nourriture est bonne. mais je voudrais recommander à la station d'œufs. FB devrait avoir un œuf de commande parce que nous devons rester là et attendre. La chambre n'était pas bonne mais il va bien. L'eau sentait bien d'emblée mais après un moment, il était mieux. HK était jolie. Globalement, c'est très jolie. Nous reviendrons ici.

The resort consists of a number of villas laid out on a large area of land. Widely spaced so it is very quiet. It is just off the main road, but there is a 7-11 close by and a restaurant on the other side of the road. Apart from that not much outside of the area. Friendly and efficient reception staff and transportation to the room. The room is big with an extra couch, a fridge with complimentary water, a balcony and a bathroom with toilet and shower. All is not new but in good condition. The aircon is a bit loud. There is a coffee machine, but the cups need to be purchased at 50 baht each. WiFi works well, only annoying the repeated request for log in. At night the room is very dark. There is a large pool (about 30 meters long, 1.20 m deep) with around it enough reclining chairs. A bit spartan, no cushions, as with the chairs on the balcony. The hotel is situated on the beach front.There is some music from the bar but not too loud and bit away from the bar it is quiet. The restaurant serves mainly Thai food and sometimes here is some live music (mostly Thai songs). Breakfast is very extensive and service is friendly. There is the inevitable music to entertain you, but if you prefer to unwind more quietly you can sit outside or by the pool. All in all this place is good value for money.

We had a super decent stay at the hotel. Thought it will be better to have more restaurants and spa facilities, the food quality was second to none. We had breakfast buffet and dinner at the restaurant, the breakfast had so many choices and the quality was great. For the dinner, the Italian dishes were excellent and out of our expectations. Highly recommend to have it a try. I would love and must come again for a longer stay. Their sky beachfront room were too good to be true.

piscine grande et agréable jardin sympathique chambre spacieuse au rez-de-chaussée entretien général des locaux à améliorer très sensiblement Pas de management des employés très sympathiques mais souvent livrés à eux-mêmes Petit déjeuner triste dans des locaux rouillés Il y avait avant la Covid un fameux restaurant et celui qui est présent actuellement est à éviter. Le prix de l’hébergement : nous avons eu l’impression d’avoir payé très cher. Hôtel en cette période essentiellement occupé par des Norvégiens qui sont intarissable sur l’absence de maintenance des locaux et des équipements. L’échelle de la piscine a perdu une marche, il y a trois ou quatre ans, mais cela n’a toujours pas été réparé. Autre détail, l’hôtel ne savait pas ce qu’était une lampe de chevet, seul un plafonnier éclairait la chambre.

Nous avons réservé hotels.com garder un œil ouvert pour leurs codes de rabais.penser que toutes les chambres sont accompagnées de petit déjeuner, notre chambre a eu du thé et un petit réfrigérateur s'il était une chambre de luxe ils ont d'autres je vous suggère de vérifier quelles sont les chambres qui ont ce qu'elles ont dans les ps ils ne sont pas tous les mêmes. Beaucoup de places pour manger thaï et anglais autour de la zone à pied près de la plage .... plage dispose de chaises de pont qui peuvent être louées pour un petit prix si vous mangez et acheter de la nourriture du propriétaire sans frais pour chaises aussi couchées au soleil sur la plage 200 Bart pour 2 lits et comme de nombreuses parapluies que vous voulez tous les jours.go profiter ....Bon temps pour aller est maintenant les hôtels sont quatre fois pleins en raison de l'absence de touristes Caronvirus que nous n'avons jamais vu et signe de ....Mars 2020

L'hôtel est très propre et dispose d'un parking pour ses clients. La chambre est grande avec balcon et la pression de l'eau est bonne. La chambre a été maintenue propre tout au long avec son personnel très attentive pendant la nettoyage. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas un buffet mais un menu fixe, est ample est agréable. Le personnel d'attente est attentif à ce que le café n'est pas assez chaud et que le cremeur n'a pas bien dissous, il a rapidement aidé à remplacer les deux tasses de café par des excuses. En dehors de l'hôtel, il y a aussi des garages de la route ainsi que des magasins où vous pouvez obtenir de bons aliments. Un magasin de confort 7-11 est également proche. Notez que chaque mercredi les garages de la route seront fermés. Nous sommes si heureux de notre séjour que nous avons réservé un autre séjour pendant les prochaines vacances de l'Année Nouvel Chinois.

first the good things. the staff is nice and friendly. the rooms are spacious and very clean. the location is quiet dispite the road that passes between the hotel and the beach. the pool area is nice, and the beach mostly too. now to the part that makes the hotel just average. when we booked via booking.com it was said that a good breakfast is included. when we arrived we were told that the breakfast buffet was canceled. nobody said why and because of covid cant be the reason, especially because the measurments would allow a buffet. the breakfast that got served to the room (to chose frome a menue with 4 different sets) was poor and not really nicley cooked. and the coffee was oversweetened instant coffee. not really what i expect from a 4* hotel.

Bien que je ne sois resté qu'une nuit, c'est vraiment un super hôtel. Le jardin dans la cour est simple mais élégant. Le linge de la chambre est propre et prévenant. Le personnel est calme et courtois, particulièrement mignon ! Surtout à l'hôtel Only Dawang et les deux chats n'ont pas peur des gens. Je l'ai mangé aux invités au petit déjeuner, ce qui est très mignon !!! We arrived on the 10th July 2022. We checked into our fourth floor Seaview room in the early evening and went out for our evening meal, when we returned and unpacked we noticed how small the room was, certainly smaller than our bedroom at home, but we did have a Seaview. The bed was certainly less than 183cm, I'm 188cm so my legs hung over the end of the bed, my Partner was ok though. The aircon was working, but about 4.30am there was a loud bang outside of the room and the aircon stopped working. The only way you can contact reception is to walk there or use your mobile phone, it was cool so I decided to report this later, which I did. The Engineer from an outside company arriver later in the day and decided this may take some days to repair. The Manager on duty decided we could not change our room, so I asked for a refund which was denied. Then it was decided that we had to use our room during the day, but sleep in another room that had working aircon at night, the first room was on the third floor, we used that for two nights then transferred to the room opposite our on the fourth floor, which had been empty all the time we where there. Different Manager could see the problems we were having walking between rooms on different floors and no help or assistance given carrying our luggage between rooms. Eventually the aircon in our room was repaired, took a team of three Engineers to complete the task and we moved back into our booked room. The Managers on duty when this incident occurred, two young men are in need of extensive customer relations training, you should not have to knock on the partition at reception to gain their attention, too busy looking at their mobile phones to deal with anyone. We wanted to rent a motorbike, reception quoted 500 baht a day, everywhere else 200 baht or less per day, so we rented elsewhere. We found that our motorbike had been moved during the night on one occasion, to a place where it blocked access to the kitchen entrance, one of the kitchen staff was very rude to my Partner, thinking we had placed the motorbike there. The positive comments on our stay, the breakfast was really good and all but three of the Staff were excellent.

Le prix de l’hébergement : nous avons eu l’impression d’avoir payé très cher. Hôtel en cette période essentiellement occupé par des Norvégiens qui sont intarissable sur l’absence de maintenance des locaux et des équipements. L’échelle de la piscine a perdu une marche, il y a trois ou quatre ans, mais cela n’a toujours pas été réparé. Autre détail, l’hôtel ne savait pas ce qu’était une lampe de chevet, seul un plafonnier éclairait la chambre.

Returning yet again, have been staying here for over 10 years, missed 2021 due to COVID19 regulations. Very spacious hotel in a beautiful setting, perhaps slightly worn around the edges but the pool and gardens are immaculately kept. Spacious room overlooking the pool and beach. The entrance lobby is stunning with seating areas to relax. The village nearby is struggling since covid and we try and patronise it as much as we can. The local family run restaurants serve traditional Thai cuisine at extremely reasonable prices. The hotel is also conveniently located for Hua Hin and Cha Am easily accessible by taxi. We will definitely return.

Il n'y a pas de plage lors de la marée montante qui est à peu près tôt le matin (avant 9h00) et l'après-midi lorsque le soleil n'est pas trop brillant (vers 16h00 et plus). En dehors de ces périodes (temps pas trop chaud), la plage est trop sale et rocheuse, certainement pas pour nager même le personnel de l'hôtel m'a dit d'éviter de nager car c'est trop dangereux surtout pour les jeunes enfants. Trop de coquillages pointus, de roches et de déchets. La chambre est confortable et propre. Il y a beaucoup de commodités pour les enfants et ma fille de 2 ans adore ça. Le personnel de la réception n'est pas du tout serviable et semble ne pas aimer prendre le téléphone. J'ai demandé plus de couette et je dois attendre 2 jours sans aucune explication. le personnel de la nourriture et des boissons est très serviable. Je mange au restaurant Joe kool, la nourriture y est délicieuse mais ne varie pas. Les autres restaurants sont tous fermés en raison de la situation de covid.

We had a super decent stay at the hotel. Thought it will be better to have more restaurants and spa facilities, the food quality was second to none. We had breakfast buffet and dinner at the restaurant, the breakfast had so many choices and the quality was great. For the dinner, the Italian dishes were excellent and out of our expectations. Highly recommend to have it a try. I would love and must come again for a longer stay. Their sky beachfront room were too good to be true.

Notre famille de 3 adultes et 2 jeunes enfants est restée dans cette chambre familiale avec lit en basse-cour pour une semaine. C'est notre première fois de séjour dans ce lieu. L'hôtel est situé dans la zone de Cha-Am, moins-crowded, qui est bon. L'hôtel est très grand avec plusieurs piscines. Les piscines ont des diapositives pour les enfants et les adultes. La chambre a une lit-size roi et un bunk et est située près de la piscine des enfants. L'hôtel a un restaurant italien près de la plage qui n'ouvre que les week-ends. Les enfants ont aimé l'hôtel en général, en raison de son vaste espace ouvert et de la convenance de plusieurs restaurants voisins.
