Hôtels 5 étoiles à Cha-am

A nice hotel, friendly staff, especially at breakfast area., this waiter called Kung. He provided excellent service. The hotel was quiet, not many guests, hence the water feature in the pool wasn't turned on all the time. The beach was not good for swimming cos there were shells with spikes. Buffet breakfast on weekends and ala carte on weekdays, maybe cos not many guests. 2 person band at the pool bar at night but singing oldies and not great. There weren't many eateries within walking distance.

J'ai peut-être essayé un hôtel à proximité avec un excellent service, donc je me sens si normal ici. Le meilleur gars du service pour moi était le chef qui a cuisiné les nouilles pour moi. Petit-déjeuner de style hôtelier normal, je ne suis pas trop enthousiaste à ce sujet. Il n'est pas trop facile de se rendre au centre-ville de Hua Hin, mais ils ont une navette, vérifiez simplement l'horaire au moment de l'enregistrement. La chambre que nous avions réservée avait accès à la piscine. Petite piscine mais bien pour nous. Nous pouvons toujours aller à la piscine publique de l'hôtel et à la plage en quelques minutes à pied.

Essayez pour la première fois ce resort. Le resort est immense. Bon petit déjeuner. Variétés de Lotsa. Moins crowded par rapport à dusit thani. Bon emplacement. En fait, il vient juste d'apprendre que avani fait partie dusit thai. Il y a un chargeur EV dans le resort. Il y a aussi un refuge pour le parking de voitures, mais quelques défauts dans la chambre. 1) La chambre a l'odeur 2) L'eau de la salle de douche est fermée 3) Mini bar ne refroidit pas. Les réactions à la gestion et elles ont été corrigées très rapidement. Je leur donnerai une chance, je retournerai à l'avani.

J'aime vraiment cet endroit. Bon service. Impressionné de l'emplacement au personnel. Tout le monde est attentif et le service est excellent. Et je reviendrai pour rester encore 💖

The resort itself is really stunning, lovely gardens and pools, nice beach, the room was comfortable but could need updating but was clean. The breakfast had a lot of choices. The letdowns for us were, many times we went to get towels by the pool, they were all gone and I eventually complained about this and was told someone would get back to me, they never did. The biggest inconvenience was they had an Indian wedding on for 3 days and basically, this took over just about the whole resort with many areas closed to accommodate this event, we can understand 1 day maybe but this went on and on, a 3 day event, the music, so loud, the screeching sounds, it was just too much, most of the day and night until late, we chose this resort to relax and unwind but it did really interfere with our stay, we would go back but not if these events took place again while staying. The lady who looked after our room was absolutely lovely and works so hard, her name was Phatcharaporn. The management here need to think of their other guests and not just the events they hold or they are going to lose customers, they gave us a very small credit toward some food or drink but honestly, it was a slap in the face, you can do better guys, next time when people book, let them know immediately if there is an event on, so they can make other arrangements elsewhere. Sorry but this really left a bad feeling for us and I know we were not the only ones, talking with some other guests
