It was average hotel. Professionalism. Ws lacking. No parking of hotel. Have to park in govt paid parking. Rooms were average. Basic amenities were lacking, had to literally insist fr even the footwears in room, dental kits etc. It was literally overpriced-at least 3 times, and that too without brekfast. Towels provided were old and smelly, though they were washed. I'll avoid staying in it again, if given option

The property is good, location is good, staff is polite but the hotel management has made a false claim that 24 hours room service is available in the hotel. The truth is that the kitchen is not operational. This claim should be removed from the site. The hotel is good for short trips, although the rates are a bit high compared to other hotels in this range.

The room was very very dirty, it had cigarette buts everywhere even in the bathroom. The bathroom was too dirty, there was no hot water also. They really need to improve in their cleanliness. The manager also walked in with shoes in the bathroom to check the hot water supply making it even more dirty.

Staff is quite good and as per cost it's up to mark although size of bathrooms is quite small but location is perfect right in the market of 35c
