Hotel Seven

First impressions were poor - it’s in a run down block and it’s a steep climb up four flights of stairs (with luggage) to reach reception. The room they allocated us didn’t have a window, but they were happy to move us to a window room. Depressing view but at least we got some natural light. Wi-Fi worked when we arrived but not the following morning. The room was just about clean, but it was hard not to keep looking at the stains on the bedsheets. Breakfast was included in the room rate but nobody bothered to tell us we had to order via ‘room service’ - there’s no restaurant. Everything was priced, so we had no clue what we were allowed to order. And then we had to wait 20 mins for it to come. Hotel Seven was just ok. Nothing about it was good or inspiring. It was actually quite depressing. Thankfully we were only there overnight.

I was very happy with my stay in this hotel. The location is great, easy to get transportation, banks nearby, supermarket nearby and lots of cafes. The customer service and attention was good - they answered my questions, helped me with queries in the hotel, received and sent my packages, cleaned my room when I asked. Food - room service, I used it a lot for breakfast and evening meal. I enjoyed all I ate and the prices were reasonable. Bathroom was quite new, good shower, always hot water. Wi-Fi in the room and flatscreen tv - I used both for my work. I’ve stayed in a few hotels in India now, and I appreciated that it was clean, safe and functioning. I will stay here again when I go to Chandigarh.

Hotel Seven is an average hotel located in Chandigarh Sector 7. Hotel access is through a flight of stairs, no elevator. Rooms are small, hygiene not up to the mark. Restaurant is missing, only room service in the name of breakfast buffet. I wont be staying in this hotel again.

This is a small property for budget to mid range travelers, the location is at it's best in the middle of Chandigarh - Madhya Marg - Shops, Bars, Restaurants, Super Markets and other attractions of Chandigarh are at walk-able distance. The staff are very accommodating and helpful - they go out of the box to help you and look after the guests. We booked 4 rooms for 2 days as we were travelling in a group of 3 families with children - we were proceeding to Himachal and while the transfer we forgot one of our large suitcases in the Hotel - we only realized the next day when we arrived 300kms away at the next destination - we called the Hotel to check if we left the baggage behind and the ***ager promptly said yes it is at the Hotel giving us a relief - the ***ager then went out of the box and transported the baggage to our destination which is highly commendable and gesture of his kindness. I and my family will always highly recommend Hotel Seven and three cheers to the team there and special thanks to the ***ager.

It was one the good hotel in the middle of the city. Liked the hotel and like the hospitality of the hotel. Very much thankyou to service boy mukesh, very good person. All staff behaviour was okay,no complaints, totally satisfied.

Amazing place, wounderfull hospitality and delicias food. We had hosted an confrence booking at hotel seven for 30 people. First of all ***ager of the hotel is very coprative, he offerd us very resonable rate. Dinner and breakfast which was included in package very tasty. Really good hospitality. I will really recomend to our other,s employee. Once again thanks for your kind hospitality.

Hotel is located in mean city center.All cafe ,club ,bar is very near from the hotal ,just walkable distance.Room is okay for a night stay and staff is friendly and helpful.WIFI is working proparly and hot water is available 24 X 7

This hotel is ok, the rooms are small but ok the bathroom is quite good and the location is ok. Don't get reception to get you a taxi though you will get ripped off, paying 3x more than you should for a ride in soebodiy's filthy car.

As the title suggests, It’s a big racket in which room pictures show big well-furnished rooms ***** with all the facilities. we booked 2 rooms ( 107 and 108 ) 2.1.22 To 3.1.22 with them seeing the pics and reading on-line site facilities. But were royally fooled. The rooms are 10x10 in size with a smaller than queen size bed, dirty and torn linen, no heaters , no hot water kettle, not even a thermos , whereas all these facilities were promptly promised at the time of booking. Saving grace being Bathrooms were OK with running hot water. Towels were almost 10 yrs old though. Don’t be fooled to include breakfast with your room as a package, Its only very very basic and limited paratha,curd,toast , affair. Even boiled egg or omlette is separately charged. Its in the centre of the 7Th sector hardware market , so , the least written about location is best. Very disappointing . Avoid at all costs.
