酒店雖然不是最新的，但能看得出經營得很用心！房間裏設施雖然略顯陳舊，但勝在乾淨整潔，酒店服務也沒的説，工作人員禮貌又周到，帶孩子去游泳坐電梯時不方便插卡叫梯，一個帥哥工作人員立馬幫忙。非常感謝前台程程的熱情招待，看見我帶兩個孩子特意多送了一套洗漱用品，又送了水果，而且有問必答！

服務到是很熱情，但是酒店為什麼不及時更新設施，屋裡空調壞掉，很冷。電視也不清楚，花錢根本沒享受到星級待遇。太一般了。下回不會再去了。

位置尚佳，出行便捷，對面省博物館，距離凈月潭、奧特萊斯廣場不遠。酒店高檔，設施齊全，服務規範熱情。衞生滿意。

酒店的房間還是挺有特色的，進門是個小走廊，兩邊是洗手間和衣帽間，走廊盡頭是屏風，屏風後麪才是客房，客房佈局挺簡單的（對於這個檔次來説其實有點太簡單了），我住的陰面的房間，被子有點薄而且房間算不上多暖和，冬天晚上睡覺得開一點空調。
浴室中規中矩，健身房中規中矩，早餐一般般吧，用餐地方挺大但是菜品沒啥特色。窗外的景色還算不錯，後面這個別墅區挺漂亮的不過貌似是爛尾了。
長春這幾個五星裏，凈月喜來登地方算是比較偏僻的，附近沒什麼公司或者學校之類的客源地。根據我的觀感這家酒店客流量算不上有多高（尤其相對於它巨大的建築體量而言），酒店內外都比較安靜，價格也相對處於較低區間。

房間描述比較準確，酒店對面就有吉林省博物館很方便，走大概10來分鐘就有美食街.

看地圖到凈月潭森林公園近選擇了這個酒店，看到我帶着兩個孩子下車也沒有門僮上前幫忙搬行李，衹能説中規中矩適合自駕車出行的朋友。

應該説是住過最差的一家喜來登……訂了一晚喜來登雙床，3晚豪華雙床，豪華一晚價錢貴了200多。攜程寫着喜來登雙床是兩張1.3米單人床，豪華是2張1.35米雙人床，去了覺得不太對，問酒店才説所有的雙床房都是一樣的床型，區別衹是景觀。
衞生：比較差，各種灰塵和擦不乾淨的污漬。
設施：酒店不算舊，硬件設施都還不錯，但維護保養得一般。被子很薄，空調有點壞，第一晚是被凍醒的。
服務：也一般，洗髮水沒了不會自己檢查補充的，住客要是沒想起來叫他們添加，也不會補充。所以後兩晚也沒有洗髮水可以用。

春節住2 天，感覺很棒，位置靠近凈月潭，去其他景點基本都是半小時車程，也不會太遠了。
酒店前台很nice，送了小孩額外2份早餐，還免費升級了房間，房間寬趟設施很新，床是2張1.5的金可兒，一家4口睡的也不會擠。窗台正對着長影世紀城，視線開陽。
臨走還送小孩一個毛公仔。
