Excellent hotel with very great staff. Always willing to help and go a step further to make our stay memorable. Very clean as well. Although the location is a bit far from the city center, but make it up with the mall next door

A stone throw away from Taksin Mall. Good hotel but smokers are allowed on lift corridors which is not ideal for non-smoker. Indoor swimming pool, gym and lockers facilities are top-notch. Breakfast is delicious with many options.

It deserve for the five star hotels. The people were very kind, and the details of facility were satisfied for me. and the swimming pool was really great. (clean and comfortable) Yes. it's quite expensive than the scale... but I would like to recommend this hotel. Next time, I will book this hotel again. I got a unforgettable memory from this hotel. so I hope to chance to visit this hotel again. Only one negative thing is that there is not many people who can speak English in this hotel. (I think most of Chinese five star hotels are the same situation after Pandemic...)

管家Sophia的服務很贊，每天安排了歡迎水果，標準掛牌五星酒店，全方面都還是做得很好的，特別是設備設施維護方便，位置不錯去哪都方便，在房間就能看到樓下的茶顏悦色、古德莫檸，如果帶長者小孩還是更推薦星級高的酒店，安全和設施更安心，這一趟衹是路過長沙，下次一定再來深度遊玩！

酒店的位置非常好，離長沙各景點打車很方便（蛐蛐：期待門口地鐵趕緊修好），出門左右兩邊都是大型商超購物超便捷。酒店工作人員笑容滿面，禮貌招呼，五星級酒店配備的健身房和游泳池等設施設備，讓我在旅途中也能保持健康的生活方式。反正！強推！！！！ 不踩雷不上當！！

酒店在學校旁邊，美食多且實惠，晚上去完小吃街回來，健身房居然還開着，一問營業時間有16個小時，設備也還挺新的，看了看還有瑜伽室，毛巾茶水都有配備，還挺合適，早上去鍛鍊的時候沒人，拍了幾張照片，整體來説，不錯。

無與倫比的入住感受，這次選擇温德姆作為我在長沙的第一站，是一個正確的決定，從走進酒店大堂起，我就被這裏的服務所吸引，門口有人主動搬行李，管家小蘇服務好，更令我記憶深刻的是，我的耳機🎧落在了房間自己都還沒發現，小蘇迅速主動的聯繫了我幫我郵寄，貼心主動的服務讓我感到非常安心。房間寬敞明亮，床鋪被子柔軟設施完善，下次出差還入住這裏，再次感謝酒店的優質的服務!

出門旅遊基本上都會選擇温德姆酒店，來到長沙也不例外，預訂完房間，酒店管家就打來電話，問我的用房需求，服務很貼心，jenny辦入住非常的專業，安排了一間設施設備很智能的房間，房間內的衞生乾淨整潔，晚間有送歡迎水果，權益裏的星巴克咖啡給管家告知就會送到房間，很不錯的入住體驗

房間很寬敞，落地窗旁還有一個大沙發，葛優躺沐浴陽光太舒服，可惜長沙這幾天都是陰雨連綿，不過聽着雨聲睡覺很催眠，辦公桌枱面寬敞，辦公文具齊全，打工人隨時可以辦公。無論何時何地碰到酒店工作人員都會禮貌問候，服務如沐春風。

酒店環境整體現代雅緻，房間也是現代化簡潔設計佈置，大堂有打卡點“江山如此多嬌”很符合對長沙的印象，瞬間想到毛爺爺的詩詞。工作人員都很熱情問好，能夠主動提供服務，房間很新，落地窗敞亮顯大，配套設施完善智能。
