Avis : Yannian Hangmai Hotel

About 5 mins cab ride from the south station. The hotel room is cozy and spacious, though I could see some stains on the table surfaces and bed head. Cleanliness could maybe be better. At 9am, the buffet breakfast spread already ran out, likely due to the high traffic during may holiday. It was quite a chaotic breakfast scene. The spread is largely all Chinese, little western selection.

Room is great but bed is too soft. Only 2 Bath Towels, no hand towels

I am 100% satisfied with the service i received. Extremely welcoming, friendly and responsible staff. Although a little far away from where most of my activities are, i will still live here when i go to Changsha.

Hotel room was luxurious and clean. Breakfast buffet was delicious.

設施：整體設施不錯，假期火熱的時候這個價位已經很良心了，洗澡水壓也不錯，床品睡覺蠻舒服。 衞生：阿姨每天會打掃，添置洗漱用品，拖鞋也是包裝好的，看起來是消毒處理好的，很不錯 環境：周圍吃喝玩樂都比較全，酒店的早餐也很好吃，品類豐富 服務：服務員響應度很不錯，離南站也近，出差遊玩兒都可選，不過酒店有很多親子房，避免不了小孩兒會比較多，無論是吃飯還是電梯時，免不了調皮打鬧，有介意的慎重考慮。

國慶臨時訂的酒店，他家上漲的比較少，算是特別厚道，可能因為附近沒有地鐵站的原因，不過酒店8點到20點有高鐵站免費接送，有沒有地鐵站無所謂，酒店和他們集團其他酒店一樣漂亮，房間寬敞衞生很不錯，前台小姐姐的服務也很好，而且酒店自帶一個洗衣房和小小的健身房，特別適合出差的人士

早餐豐富，交通便利，酒店旁邊的小吃攤營業到很晚，味道很不錯，前台小姐姐服務十分周到熱情，長沙給我們的印象特別好，除了天氣實在太熱了😂，下次來一定得趁着不熱的時候

賓館環境很好，房間很乾凈，服務非常到位，來長沙經常住這裏，有家的感覺，很温馨，特別感謝前台肖桂英（偷偷瞄到的😏）服務熱情，必須給個大大的贊👍
