Hôtels près de Ai Giannis Beach, La Canée

Très bel hôtel, personnel accueillant. Les chambres sont modernes, spacieuses et confortables, nous attendait une bouteille de vin et des fruits frais pour notre arrivée. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est copieux et propose des produits de qualité. La piscine est très agréable. L'hôtel est situé en centre ville, on peut tout faire à pied, la vieille ville est très proche. Rien à dire tout était parfait je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter.

Stayed in suite with sea view. The view was amazing. The room was lovely, bed super comfy. There was a nice vanity table to get ready at. Bathroom was big and clean. The service at reception were very helpful. The location was great right in old town but not too noisy - music from restaurant in evening but I liked it and church bells on Sunday. I really enjoyed my stay here and was very happy with the suite. Couple of things to point out: there was no furniture on the balconies and aside from a pouf, no furniture in room to move outside. So meant nothing to sit on to enjoy balcony and it’s view. Also the curtain was only half curtain so to block out light need to shut the shutters which then restricts air. I didn’t mind but if you want darkness to sleep might need to bring eye mask. Like I said only minor things. Overall great place. Hot water - i mention as I know this is important to people :)

From the very beginning the owner welcomed us with such care. The place itself it’s located perfectly outside the rush of people but yet still so close to the city of Chania (8/10mins by car). The establishment is super nice and well kept surrounded by bamboo and olive trees. The rooms are near each other and most of them are overlooking the pool. Room itself was very very clean and towels,bedsheets,products were smelling really nice. You can see that the place is well maintained and taken very good care of! It’s also PET FRIENDLY with stray cats(which you’ll see either in the morning or at night without even bothering you) another reason why we booked this establishment as we brought our own dog which was well accepted without any additional costs or useless comments. Our holiday is still ongoing as we booked for 5 days but it’s a must to leave a positive comment to such a beautiful place and people. To who ever sees this post don’t think twice and just book it! Un hôtel très confortable, l'hôtel le plus économique d'Europe pendant 20 jours, vous pouvez choisir d'avoir une salle de bain séparée, une cuisine publique, le personnel est très sympathique, il y a des petits supermarchés et des grands supermarchés autour, car il n'y en a pas à proximité attractions en hiver, mais tant de jours en Grèce, je ressens l'atmosphère la plus animée ici.

C'est l'un des hôtels les plus chaleureux ! Surtout au milieu de la nuit, je suis arrivé dans une ville inconnue et j'ai rencontré le personnel qui a vraiment attendu longtemps. Le genre de chaleur est au-delà des mots. Grâce à leur service dévoué, je garde un souvenir profond du credo de l'hôtel : L'HOSPITALITÉ VIENT DU CUR. Comme nous voulions aller au Samaritain Grand Canyon le lendemain matin, nous ne savions pas comment prendre le bus ou le bateau. Une touche de noir. M. MARIOS de service cette nuit-là nous a apporté l'aide la plus patiente. Le lendemain à 6 heures, j'ai également demandé au service restauration de l'hôtel de préparer un copieux petit-déjeuner pour chacun de nous. La chambre de l'hôtel dispose de deux sèche-cheveux, ce qui est idéal pour les femmes aux cheveux longs ou bouclés ! Bien sûr, il y a des ustensiles de repassage. La chose la plus chaleureuse est qu'il y a des sachets de thé, pas seulement du café, qui est vraiment un cœur apparemment insignifiant mais chaleureux pour les touristes chinois. L'environnement du petit-déjeuner est très lumineux et propre. Les serveurs sont nombreux, ils surveillent toujours silencieusement autour de vous et fournissent les services nécessaires en temps opportun. Il convient de mentionner que même s'il y a beaucoup de monde, l'atmosphère du restaurant est très calme et paisible. Sous le soleil, il y a un pur et beau. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel!

This hotel has decent reviews, nice pictures. It all begins with disclaimers while you book. This hotel is in the middle of old town Chania, and has no parking. We double parked on the street to unload all the luggage. The hotel recommended parking at the East Ditch parking lot , which is free, but is a 10 minute walk. It is made further confusing because the Apple and google maps take you to the wrong address. This is because the street it is on bisects a pedestrian street named “Potie”. We had to ask a shop keeper how to find it after attempting to call the hotel 3 times and they failed to answer. For me, it’s just okay. We booked a “penthouse” room with private jacuzzi. For me that meant the top room, come to find out there are 4 in total. Additionally, the jacuzzi is nothing more than a jetted bathtub in the roof deck (which all the penthouses can view). The room is nice, but its quirks are weird. The platform bed (left side) makes it impossible to get out of bed without climbing down the bottom of the bed, as the platform is connected to the wall. Not favorable for going to the bathroom mid sleep. The shower/toilet area are set behind a large frosted glass door equipped with a privacy curtain(but operated from the outside). The curtain bulks up in the shower side (right) and makes the shower dark. And with no light installed above, the shower itself is dark. The technology, needs serious help. The AC controls require actual interference from staff to get to work properly, and even then have to be reset every time you leave the room. Needless to say, in Chania, which in the summer is 100 degrees means you will want the room cooled down when you return from walking around town. This room was $284 a night for us, and we truly thought we were getting a private hot tub room with a nice view. The view was fine, and at night when the city comes to light under sunset it’s nice to be in the center. Upon checkout they held our luggage graciously while we shopped. When we got back (in under 90 Minutes) I had left a redbull in the fridge, and they refused to retrieve saying the room belonged to another guest. Well check in is at 3pm. The request was made at 11:30. That seems off and in bad customer service. Breakfast staff were a total delight. Bright, cheerful, accommodating, just what you want at that hour. I hope this review helps, as that is the perspective it was written from.

La location est parfaite dans la vieille ville. Les chambres sont bien équipées et nettoyées chaque jour. Les lits sont confortables. La seule chose est parce que l'ancienne maison n'est pas bien isolée et il est un peu bruyant quand quelqu'un de la rue marche...
