My week-long work stay was perfection. The room was fresh and comfortable. The staff was gracious and responsive and truly went above and beyond to support the needs of their guests. It was easy walking distance from several good restaurants, a grocery store, and easily accessed from a couple of freeways. Thanks for a great stay!

There is plenty of open space and lighted sidewalks around hotel. It’s a 10 minute walk or even shorter run to a park with a loop around a small lake. This property is an excellent bargain at 11,000 points. I was given a top floor, which was nice, although that’s often luck of the draw depending upon vacancy. Especially when paying with points. Hotel has nice bar and lounge area Property layout is different but that’s a plus. Google street view to better understand.

I normally stay at Hilton hotels, but my company had a meeting here and I stayed for two days. Front Desk: Average customer service. The reason I stay at Hilton hotels vs. Marriotts is because I can choose a top floor room. Marriot is hit or miss when it comes to requesting a room on the top floor. When I requested a top floor room for this stay (even though it was in my travel notes) I was told none were available. I find that a bit hard to believe. Lounge / lobby : Nice space inside with a bar and several TV's including individual TV's which is a great feature at a hotel. Furniture comfortable. It would be nice if they had complimentary coffee 24/7 or at least, in the morning. Hilton offers this at most of their hotels. Outdoor areas: Nice fire pit area with nice furniture. I enjoyed sitting outside after work. Rooms: Rooms are new, modern, with lots of great features. Nice TV, nice couch to lounge on. I think Marriott rooms are more equipped than Hilton rooms overall. Lots of business traveler focus as well as personal focus. Bathroom was nice and well equipped. Fitness center looked well equipped -- better than most Hilton hotels. Marriott chain is a very well managed chain for business and personal travels. There are a couple restaurants right next to the hotel which I thought was a nice option to not have to drive into the city for dinner. I enjoyed the Italian restaurant very much -- it was a quick 60 second walk from the hotel. All things considered, nice hotel. I recommend it.

Friendly staff and nice building. However, at 2 in the morning the ac started dripping fast and loudly in the room. We turned it off but the room was hot with no working ac. Called Savanah early when I woke back up due to the dripping noise when my husband tried it again and no one was available to do anything to fix it as no one was currently at the hotel to do maintenance. It was New Years Eve so it could be unusual. A great experience until the problems. You may have more luck. I put a glass under the ac to catch the water cause it quickly soaked a bath size towel but it is a long fall for the water drops and they echo through the space. EDIT: Savanah told me over the phone while I was trying to fix this at the hotel, and the owner responded to this review, accusing us of causing our own ac issues by leaving the balcony door open. We did use the balcony. However, we opened the door, stepped out, turned and closed the door, then double checked it was closed. Every. Single. Time. Does each unit have a drain? I think this might be needed? We had two rooms and the non balcony room did not have this problem. I dealt with it through meditation. And envisioned a cozy cabin with rain dripping and a fireplace. My husband’s sleep, however, was disturbed by the problem and one of the things we were hoping for was a peaceful nights sleep. The hotel went above and beyond by delivering on every other measure but this was not a small issue to us. It is very possible large numbers of guests on their own balconies near us late New Year’s Eve or a crowd in the courtyard did cause a very unusual scenario and had temperature effects. I know other hotels I’ve visited have ac cut off switches when balconies are opened, though I’m sure that comes with its own challenges. I would not have planned to sleep here if I’d have known about the AC issues, but I am sure the hotel will fix them in time. It is very new. The parking was a bit confusing to me but a very nice parking area. With the parking, drive into the garage, take a ticket, then have it validated with a bar code. They add a sticker bar code, at the front desk and you scan the bar code to leave the garage.

We live across the street from this hotel so we've seen it being built and have been looking forward to that up-and-coming area of Redemption Square and Generation Park. Our A/C went out during the summer and we had to wait a few days for repair so we stayed here. Very clean rooms, safe and comfortable environment. Garage parking. Very friendly staff.

This is one of newer Courtyard by Marriott. The exterior of the building and the 1st floor lobby has the newer and more modern courtyard layout. The rooms have the newer decor also. I stayed here with family and friends and we enjoyed our stay. The General Manager Joddy checked us in and she displayed amazing customer service from start to finish. She was very informative about the area, she recommended restaurants nearby and a nearby park with an amazing lake view within walking distance of the hotel. Not everyday you see the General Manager checking guest in. Overall this was an amazing stay with little to no issues. We did encounter an issue on how to stream our fire stick to TV but the Maintenance guy Tony came right up and helped us out. The housekeepers were very friendly and made sure to ask me if it's anything else I needed as far as fresh towels, soap etc.. The food in the bistro was good, drinks were strong. We enjoyed lounging by the pool also. This courtyard reminded me why I love staying at Marriott hotels.
