Excellent service. Super nice, helpful and responsive staff.
Though car cannot get into that area, the connecting service is perfect.
The room is spacious with nice designed.

Hotel kindly upgraded my room to the 3rd floor. The room was spacious. There's many mosquitoes, so do ask for the mosquito coil. The location is perfect for exploring old town, and breakfast was delicious. If I return to Chaozhou, I will not hesitate to stay here again.

We enjoyed being right next to Paifang Street, which is the main tourist attraction in Chaozhou. The hotel is tastefully designed and well appointed furniture and fixture. The bed was comfortable and there was a general sense of serenity and tranquility just being within the compounds of the hotel. Service rendered by each staff member was top notch and sincere. Even the bartender was able to delivery high quality cocktails, which was very welcomed at the end of a magnificent tour of Chaozhou. I highly recommend anyone visiting Chaozhou to stay at Jiangnan House.

We love our stay at Jiangnan House Chaozhou. The hotel is very interesting, it looks very traditional on the outside but modern on the inside. The service there is excellent. Love the location too! We highly recommended this hotel and will definitely stay there again when we go back to Chaozhou.

Beautiful hotel, I traveled here taking my elderly mum and sister, reception were so attentive to my mum ‘s need, and offered to put in anti slippery mats in the shower for us ( not that we needed it ) it was such a beautiful and zen space that we were very happy with our two room with a tiny garden. Will definitely come back. We love our stay here

Excellent location right in the middle of the must-visit tourist location, Paifang Street.
Best service I’ve ever received anywhere around the globe that I’ve visited before, and I’ve been to many countries including the US, UK, Russia, Australia, Holland, South Korea, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, and different parts of China.
The hotel room has a modern contemporary look, like a bedroom in a good class bungalow, complete with a huge bathroom.
The staff communicates with you via WeChat, constantly checking on your needs and requests. They send fresh fruits every afternoon and soup in the evening.
I’ve enjoyed the stay so much that I’ve decided to cancel my booking at another hotel for my next trip to Chaozhou in 5 months, and stay at Jiangnan House again.

Had a lovely 1 night stay here - the hotel is right in the middle of the old town area but down a quiet back street so it’s nice and quiet on an evening but a close walk to the tourist areas.
Ula and Leo on reception were very helpful, they kept checking in on us by wechat to make sure everything was ok and we had everything we needed - they also let us do a late check out for no extra charge.
The aesthetic of the hotel is very traditional Chaozhou style, but the rooms are very modern inside.
No complaints at all and would definitely stay again if I come back to Chaozhou.
