« Le Tumzhou, qui a dit que je vais, a été choisi par l'hôtel Tumz, c'est très sage! Le système intelligent de la chambre est trop adapté à notre genre de poète, et le chaud peut régler la fenêtre de lumière d'un coup. Excellent emplacement, le petit chaud du 9e étage, regardant les lumières de la rue de la carte jusqu'à la nuit. Si l'eau de mini-bar était transformée en eau de conifère, elle serait parfaite ! »

« Communication with the host was quick and helpful throughout. The apartment can be a bit tricky to find, as the entrance is via the side lift next to the Crowne Plaza. However, the space is clean and spacious, with a fantastic view overlooking the famous Guangji Bridge. The only downside is the limited dining options nearby. »

« Avantages : L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement privilégié, à seulement cinq minutes à pied de tous les restaurants et attractions célèbres de la vieille ville. La chambre était confortable et d'une propreté impeccable. Le personnel de la réception était très serviable. Le linge déposé à la réception a été lavé, séché et livré en chambre. Les hôtels recommandés étaient tous excellents.
Inconvénients : La théière et les tasses de la chambre étaient visiblement sales. Je ne savais pas si c'était des taches de thé ou autre chose, mais je n'ai pas osé les utiliser. La chambre était mal insonorisée, et les escaliers et l'ascenseur étaient bruyants. Il a plu lors de notre dernière nuit et, le lendemain matin, je me suis réveillé avec ma chambre inondée et j'ai glissé. L'ascenseur était fermé à cause des inondations. »

« Nous avions initialement réservé la chambre 301, mais comme le client précédent avait prolongé son séjour, nous avons été transférés dans la chambre 101 au premier étage. Nous voyagions en famille de trois personnes, alors nous étions ravis ! La chambre avait une piscine à balles simple, mais les enfants se sont bien amusés. Ils en ont même parlé à leur retour ! La chambre était également équipée d'un projecteur, et les enfants ont regardé Nezha 2 à nouveau. C'est parfait pour les familles, avec des escaliers, un canapé et même un plateau/bouilloire ! C'était calme et confortable. Il y a un petit bassin à carpes koï à l'entrée, où les enfants ont adoré jouer ! C'était une expérience formidable et je le recommande vivement. »

« L'environnement de l'auberge a dépassé les attentes. L'emplacement est dans la ruelle de la ville antique et il est très pratique de se rendre à pied aux attractions environnantes. L'auberge a été restaurée comme résidence d'un Shangqing sous la dynastie Ming. Elle est antique et conserve les murs extérieurs d'origine en briques bleues tout en conservant des éléments modernes ! Il y a eu une panne de courant inattendue pendant mon séjour. Le patron a été très prévenant en organisant les ventilateurs, l'eau potable, etc., et a prêté une attention particulière au temps d'alimentation électrique ! Le patron est très honnête et vous enverra un guide de voyage avant de vous enregistrer ! Il est fortement recommandé de visiter la ville antique ! »

« Excellent location juste au centre de la ville touristique, Paifang Street.
Le meilleur service que j'ai jamais reçu partout dans le monde que j'ai visité avant, et j'ai été à de nombreux pays, y compris les États-Unis, le Royaume-Uni, la Russie, l'Australie, les Pays-Bas, la Corée du Sud, Hong Kong, la Thaïlande, la Malaisie et différentes parties de la Chine.

« Avantages :
Emplacement : Près de la vieille ville, à quelques pas du pont Guangji et d’autres attractions, avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité.
Nous sommes arrivés tôt, nous avions donc une chambre disponible et ils nous ont aidés à nous enregistrer.
Une pause thé était prévue l’après-midi avec café, fruits et en-cas.
Inconvénients :
La chambre était peu accueillante et très professionnelle.
Comme nous sommes arrivés tôt, la salle de bain sentait fortement la lessive et l’aromathérapie, comme dans un restaurant ou un karaoké, sans plus.
La chambre sentait fort, probablement à cause du tabagisme des anciens résidents. Nous avions un purificateur d’air, mais il purgeait constamment, et je ne l’ai pas éteint par souci de qualité de l’air.
Dans l’ensemble, cela pourrait convenir aux voyages d’affaires, mais je ne pense pas que les chambres du premier étage soient adaptées aux familles. Une chambre à l’étage serait peut-être plus adaptée. »

« 很滿意的一次入住體驗，初入大廳，寬敞讓人感覺很舒服，前台微笑服務好，辦理入住速度快，房間格外寬敞明亮，乾淨衞生，還有投影會員，像在電影院[笑臉]網速特別快，當晚直接躺席夢思床墊看電影，衞生間淋浴房乾濕分離，洗手枱設計合理。交通非常便利，近高鐵站，在潮州牌坊街，汕頭龍眼南路、小公園的中間地段，去哪都方便。下次有來還會繼續入住，希望不要漲價[破涕為笑] »

新酒店，還有很大裝修的味道。設施環境都很好，早餐雖然種類不算多，但也足夠，粿條很好吃，餐廳那邊服務的小姑娘人很好，主動給介紹菜品，幫忙調汁，接咖啡，還有門口換停車的哥們，看我們要走，因為還在裝修，門口有錐桶，主動過去把錐桶挪開。
好了，好的地方説完了，説説非常讓人生氣的地方：
1、入住的時候，旁邊的客人因為訂的房間多，給免費升房了，我們就一間，沒提升房的事兒，那個經理，過來問給我們辦理入住的前台説：就一間房是吧，然後就走了，怎麼著，一間房住兩晚不配升房？
2、入住後這個經理跑房間敲門，跟我説給我的房卡是一天的，重新換了一個，很業餘
3、辦理入住的時候是一點左右，前台明確告知14點會送歡迎水果，結果直到退房我也沒見到水果在哪兒，言而無信
4、入住兩天，沒人給我們打掃房間，我住過這麼多酒店，從來沒見過這樣的
5、洗手枱沒有洗手液或者肥皂，看不懂
6、第二天早上，6:30樓下開始裝修，切割磚頭，根本沒法睡覺
這樣的服務，對於我們來説，你們丟的是潮州的臉，你們這個地方叫國際會展中心，外國人來了，你們丟的就是中國的臉了

WWeiRouIl a été visité par Chaozhou avec mes parents, car c'est notre ancien village d'origine. Il a nettoyé notre chambre tous les jours et nous a même donné quelques spécialités locales comme des cadeaux partagés avant de partir !Notre séjour était très satisfaisant la chambre était spacieuse, confortable et parfaite pour trois invités. La location était idéale, juste à 1-minute à pied de la rue Paifang et près de nombreuses attractions touristiques.

IInvitéI had an amazing stay here! The location is outside of the ancient town but tucked away in a quiet street which I found very peaceful. The owner offered us to have tea and was very kind and friendly. When we arrived, they even sent us a list of recommended places to eat on wechat. Not many places do this and I appreciated the local recommendation for beef hotpot and other local finds! The breakfast was interesting, it was a meal at a nearby food store. This whole experience was very local and i loved it. The room was spacious and very cozy. They also had disposable towels which they replaced daily, but maybe it is a personal preference, I would much prefer a normal towel for better absorbancy. Regardless this homestay was still such a good experience. The rooftop is excellent for relaxing, and they even offer free tea in the room. Definitely what I needed after a long day of walking around to rest and relax.
Lastly, i hesitated to book this because i thought it would be better to book something in the ancient city, but the experience was so good, i have no regrets! Definitely will book here again, the homestay owners are the best hosts!

IInvité國慶放假來玩，因為是自駕過來酒店大院可以停車所以選了這裏，酒店離古城有3.8公里，還算可以，酒店房間很乾凈，配套設施齊全，前台客服小姐姐服務很好，大堂有咖啡、熱水一些糖果零食提供，1樓有洗衣機和簡單的運動器材，房間全天陽光很好，但是離對面樓有點近，如果介意可以拉上窗簾
酒店隔音不錯，基本聽不見走廊聲音，但是空調風機風聲有點響，聲音敏感人要習慣一下
唯一很糟糕的是整棟樓衹有1個升降梯，住房客人和客房布草車需公用電梯，高峯期等3趟電梯都滿載無法乘坐，而且電梯沒開空調，長時間滿員裏面空氣很糟糕，

IInvitéCette fois, Tsingzhou a choisi de séjourner dans le centre-ville de la ville de Liuyan et de l'expérience superbe. La position de l'hôtel est excellente, dans le quartier de la cabane près du bâtiment de la boutique de Shekhao Street, situé au centre de la ville antique. Il y a de nombreux attractions autour de lui, le pont de Guangji et l'ouverture de la ville peuvent se déplacer 2 à 3 minutes à pied et le voyage est très pratique.
La chambre est propre et propre, la disposition est chaude, l'espace est vaste et la personne se sent très confortable. Les produits de lit sont doux et confortables, vous pouvez laisser les gens jouer un bon repos après un jour. Les installations de la chambre sont complètes, la qualité des produits de lavage est bonne, très confortable. Le patron de la cabine est très intéressant et invité à emballer les bagages, il a des questions et des réponses, le service est attentif. J'ai séjourné ici pendant quelques jours, je suis très agréable tous les jours, le prix est super élevé, la prochaine fois que je viens à Tongzhou, je choisirai ici.

LLee Siang ChengWe were tossing between selecting Fortune Hotel and another one closer to the centre of city . We were glad that we made the right choice in Fortune hotel for our two days holidays in ChaoZhou .
The hotel was very modern and new . The place was spotless clean and lobby reception was staffed by two very courteous young ladies . Our check in was swift and we were upgraded to a room on the sixth floor.
The bedroom was spacious and clean . There were coffee and Chinese tea making facilities. In the mini fridge, we were told the three cans of soft drinks were complimentary. The toilet was very hi tech stuff with automated water splashes and the seat was heated . Now you do not find these kind of toilet facilities in China .
Breakfast has a great variety and selection of food , ranging from soup noodle with meat balls , fried vermicelli , vegetables, fried shrimps, fried chicken nuggets , century egg lean pork porridge , fresh fruits etc. With this selection of foods for breakfast, you would not be in an hurry to have lunch .
The hotel is a bit away from the pedestrian mall in PaiFang Jie , ChaoZhou old town , about 15 minutes drive costing 11 RMB . But the cleanliness of the room and large variety of food for buffet breakfast compensate for the slight inconvenience of location.
If you are coming in to ChaoShan HSR station , please take the public bus with number K2 for 9 RMB and the trip would take you to the entrance ( South Gate) of PaiFang Jie instead of paying 58 RMB for a DiDi ride . After you have walked the pedestrian mall and seen the GuangJi bridge , then you take a private car ride to the Fortune hotel for 11 RMB .
We would not hesitate to recommend to Trip members to stay at Fortune hotel and the decision is based on its spacious room cleanliness, delicious breakfast and friendly courteous lobby staff .

AAnni was never disappointed with Ji hotels. The room plan is well designed and practical. The electric bidet is nice esp. during winter with a warm seat. The room is spacious for 2 persons. They also provide 6 or 8 bottles(I forgot the exact number.) of drinking water in the room. The amenities are all provided. The ancient city is around 2 km away. If the weather is nice, you can enjoy the walk actually.

DDemonoidMultiple choices of rooms and budgets. LOFT style was fairly room size, 2 air-conditioned units, so there won't be any issues during hot summer. The water dispenser is available on site. Friendly and warm operators would chat and recommend visitors. OOTD 👍 . Location in between the ancient city streets and the main streets public transportation and non touristy restaurants requires foot power, do recommends rent a e-bike from retail shop as ******* ebike zonal restrictions in effect. The toilet area needs some work as water pooling due to the gradient floor, not towards the gutter. Safe area to travel even walking in middle of night.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and professional welcome from the front desk team. Specially thanks to Miss 樱桃. Every staff member I encountered – from reception to housekeeping – went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their friendliness, efficiency, and genuine hospitality really made me feel valued as a guest. They even help me to follow up with my taobao delivery of parcels. Well down for all staff.
The hotel’s room & lobby cleanliness is well-maintained. My room felt fresh, tidy, and inviting, with thoughtful touches that showed the care and attention put into daily upkeep. The housekeeping team did an amazing job, and I truly appreciated their promptness and consistency throughout my stay.
The location is also a major highlight – conveniently situated near key attractions located inside Chaozhou oldtown, dining options, yet peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. It made exploring the area effortless, and I could easily return to the hotel for a quick rest before heading out again. Take note this hotel is located inside the old town, may need to walk to main road for didi.
The amenities exceeded my expectations. The facilities were modern, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed to cater to both leisure and big group of families. From the relaxing lounge areas to the private villa facilities with massage chair and in-room conveniences, everything was in place to make my stay both enjoyable and productive.
Overall, my experience here was nothing short of excellent. It’s rare to find a place that delivers consistently on all fronts – cleanliness, service, location, and amenities – but this hotel truly does. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their dedication and kindness. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future.

IInvitéTrès bon service de navette gratuit depuis et vers la gare du train à grande vitesse. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de restaurants à proximité, bien que l'hôtel ait son propre restaurant. La chambre est lumineuse et spacieuse, même si nous avons eu un surclassement gratuit. Le lit est très confortable. La moquette est un peu tachée, mais la propreté générale est bonne. Il y avait un grand groupe d'étudiants qui séjournaient. Ils faisaient beaucoup de bruit et nous avons reçu 3 appels de farce au milieu de la nuit, ce qui a perturbé notre sommeil. J'ai dû décrocher le téléphone.
