Avis : Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley People's Park Subway Station Atour S Hotel

J'ai été piqué par un insecte lors de mon premier séjour dans un hôtel. Les taches rouges sur les deux bras n'ont disparu qu'à mon retour. Tout le reste allait bien. Je ne savais pas quoi dire après avoir été mordu par un insecte. bogue. Il y a des travaux municipaux en face de l'hôtel, ce qui est un peu bruyant et sale. L'emplacement n'est pas mal. Il est très proche du parc du peuple et juste de l'autre côté de la route. Kuanzhai Alley/Kui Xing Tower est accessible à pied. Le personnel de service et les tantes de l'hôtel sont assez enthousiastes~

Location of the hotel is good, conveniently located within walking distance of Kuanzhai Alley and People's Park. The room was clean and we got a free upgrade to a bigger room. Self-service laundry is available and the staff helped us with the laundry and delivered it back to our room as all the machines were used. Breakfast was nice, with a variety of options and a noodles station.

Loved this hotel! Perfect location right by Kuanzhai Alley, but quiet inside. Rooms were modern, clean, and super comfortable with high-tech touches. Free snacks and late night porridge were a nice bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations. Highly recommend for travelers who want comfort + culture!

I booked this hotel since I heard that Atour is a new local brand that emerged to excel in the local hospitality market. While this hotel is decent in what it provides, I feel it’s not up to the standards of a five star/diamond hotel (as rated on trip.com), mainly because of the small room size and the single beds that looked cheaply made (for my superior 2-bed room).

An exceptional experience and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us on every request. One of the staff even walked us to a local restaurant and assisted us in ordering our food as we didn't speak Chinese. Amazing experience. Thank you all

Staff is very friendly and helpful Location is excellent, within walking distance to many attractions and across the road from a metro station The provision of large washing machine and dryer including detergents were very much appreciated Night time supper is a great bonus for the guests

Hotel is clean and spacious. Location very near to famous Chengdu People’s Park and KuanZhai Alley. Short taxi distance to JinLi too!

Good customer service especially for the front desk team that given us alot of helps. Location wise is very hear to kuanzhai old streets that good for eat & shop.

My stay at this hotel was overall very pleasant. The check-in process was welcoming, with the front desk serving refreshing honey water upon arrival. The room was spotless, and the amenities were excellent, including a well-stocked mini bar, a laundry room, and a fully equipped gym. However, the hotel lobby isn't directly accessible from the main road due to a large bicycle parking area, making drop-offs and pickups by car inconvenient. Additionally, the road noise, especially the morning honking, can be bothersome, though the thick curtains help reduce the sound significantly. Despite these minor issues, the comfort and service made it a great stay.

The service is good. The location is convenient. People are friendly.
