Best Hotel in Harbin. You get more than What you pay for. Excellent quality stay Service and comfort. They ALSo have free coffee next to THe Reception and free laundry dryer at THe basement. And free detergent too. Receptionist were always friendly and willing to Assist you.

location is extremely good for shopping. accessible and very good distant from airport considering all the shops are mostly around here. but the service from the front desk is questionable and there is nothing homely about coming here. this is not important but it is just a bonus if the hotel seriously focus on giving customers the feeling of coming home. when ask questions, they mostly dont really know how to assist you but just bluntly tell you to search online. ask for transfer ride to airport, they ask us to call the tour company next to their lobby to ask ourselves. ask for late checkout, they said it is not their usual practise and make it seem difficult. at the end, i just check out by 12. if i do come here, i believe for the price, we can find some hotel with much better handson service to give customer the service experience we are looking for in terms of hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at Homeinn Plus! The property has been newly renovated, and the location is fantastic—Sophia Cathedral is right across the street, with easy access to 道理菜市场 and just a short walking distance to 中央大街 and 红砖早市. There’s also a small refreshment bar for guests near the front desk. The staff at the front desk are incredibly friendly, and I really appreciated their help with holding my online parcels. The room was spotlessly clean, and I was impressed by the smart speaker小度 (though it only responds in Mandarin). Highly recommended!

We booked two family rooms at this hotel and had a mixed experience during our stay. On the positive side, the front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the hotel’s location is excellent, being close to the main attractions. Additionally, we had couriered some parcels to the hotel before our arrival, and the staff were very helpful in receiving and assisting us when we couldn’t initially locate them. However, our stay was marred by a power shutdown from 11:30 PM to 4 AM on the first night. While there was an announcement posted near the lift, we unfortunately missed it and were not notified directly by the front desk or any staff. This lack of communication caused significant inconvenience during our first night. Overall, the hotel has potential, but better communication with guests about such issues would greatly improve the experience.

New, clean, and comfortable. The toilet seat is heated. Free tea, coffee, and snacks. Free luggage storage for several days. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Pleasant experience - the location is great, close to main attractions. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff.

Centrally located, close to the church and walking distance to the central market. Clean and reasonable price.

Excellent Clean , helpfulness + receptionist. Yummy breakfast . Within 13 days trip in Heirongjiang we already come back and stay more then 3 times . Fantastic hospitality,  🥰 thumbs up 👍🏻 to this hotel

Really impressive! Wasn't expect too much, in fact everything was above and beyond our expectation. Free laundry service (even though we haven't Use it), location near all hot spot and right beside sophia church like about 50 steps. Wonderful experience and highly recommend👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

地理位置超好，後面就是索菲亞大教堂，對面是道里菜市場，行過中央大街只需要7分鐘。每個職員的態度都很好，酒店裝修也很好。但是！衛生程度真的有待改善…實際上，第一印象是非常好的，進到房間之後的所有東西看上去都很整潔，廁所和洗手盆都很乾淨企理，但是逛完街回來想錄個room tour的時候，發現牆邊暖氣位置有吃剩的果皮，立刻打電話到前台，前台說保潔已下班，我也算了，可能只是小小的位置，清潔人員留意不到，所以請前台人員明天請保潔來清潔這個位置，前台人員也答應了。把電話放下後，一轉身踢到一隻明顯是使用過的即棄筷子，噁心極了，我再打電話給前台，前台說可以轉房，但因家人就在隔壁，而且那時已經是半夜12點，已經很累，所以就不換房了。第二天一早就和家人出去早市了，下去的時候經過前台，再次通知房間的情況並請求深度清潔房，亦有明確說到牆壁暖氣有果皮，回來之後，筷子因為已經被踢到明顯的位置已被清潔了，但果皮依然堅守它的位置🫠我第二天再次請求清潔，但回來後果皮依然在暖氣…一直到我爸把那果皮弄了下來，第二天保潔才清潔走了….真心想請問，我的訴求真的只是好好清潔🫠那果皮是乾的，看得出是「長期住客」…重點是跟前台說了3次都沒有清潔，我請問？？？整體評價上，也是挺喜歡這間酒店的，就是清楚不那麼仔細，希望酒店可以重視這一點

真的是性價比比較高的酒店：地理位置很好，離中央大街走過去10分鐘，索菲亞教堂走過去五分鐘，索菲亞對面就是熱鬧的道里菜市場，附近吃喝玩樂都很方便；酒店服務員都很熱情回答我們所有有關旅遊吃飯的疑問，清潔阿姨還給我們加了被子，房間設施都比較新！
