Mercure Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Like before, the stay in this hotel has been nothing short of amazing and great!🫰 Firstly, the airport pick up service who Yuki assisted me to arrange the day before went smoothly. Upon early arrival of my flight and I requested for earlier pick up, I called the hotel and Penny politely assisted me to liase with the driver for earlier airport pickup. Airport pick up takes 20 minutes one way. It's a pleasant experience. Secondly, the front desk was smooth, helpful and good. Penny checked me in and Yuki and another colleague checked me out the next morning. All of them were so lovely and awesome. Penny offered a free room upgrade for me and I was more than happy and touched. 🩵 Thirdly, the room was again, clean, fantastic, all functioning and spotless. Love the toilet to have so many high tech modern features such as controllers for the toilet bowl. All drinks in the fridge and drawer of the room were free of charge too! Fourthly, if you wish to wash your clothes there's a free self service laundry service and the second floor next to the gym. It has one dryer and a washing machine. There's an instruction on the wall on how to operate and no detergent is required. Simple to use! Gym facility is free to use and simple yet adequate as well for anyone who wishes to burn some fats after feasting on delicious Sichuan delicacies. Lastly, the breakfast spread was again, as delicious as before. There's wide varieties of food and a cosy ambience for one to eat. Overall, I would definitely love to come back again if I have flights to and from Chengdu Shuangliu airport. All of the staff are a gem to the hotel and the hotel facilitates are superb. It's worth it.🩵🫰🥺

The hotel brand new and all ameneities really awesome. Also the receptionist extremely friendly and services such a tremendous. Good Job.

1. Transfer services from the airport. 2. Spacious and comfortable room. 3. Very clean and modern. 4. Reasonable prices. 5. Far from the city center, so will be suitable for travelers that this is not important. 6. Very nice and professional staff. They can’t speak English well, but they try really hard to help. Highly recommend 9/10.

離機場大約15分鐘車程，前台小姐姐服務很熱情，免費升級了房型，有免費的地下停車場，停車很方便 酒店裝修和設施非常新，房間也寬敞，住在5樓，一層衹有8間客房，隔音也不錯 內部設施全，星級酒店該有的基本上都有了，衞生間乾濕分離且是智能馬桶，衞生條件好 床品舒適，軟硬適中，早餐自助式中規中矩 下次如果選擇機場附近住宿的話還會考慮住這家

非常滿意的一次住店體驗：凌晨1點左右落地成都，享受了酒店的免費接機服務，司機師傅和藹、健談；到達酒店，前台小姐姐熱情、耐心，考慮到帶娃，暖心的給免費升級了房間，房間乾淨整潔，設施精緻齊全，還有好多免費飲品；非常值得推薦！！

這次拉薩之行，連住三晚， 客房潔凈規整，床品佳，衞浴細節有品 體貼很暖心，有回家的感覺，早餐客人比較多，優雅的經理都親自上陣煮麪，從管理層到客房服務的細緻親切，等麪的間隙，像熟悉的鄰居一般問我今天去哪兒轉轉，攀談很有趣，酒店客房服務人員更秋加，連跑3次為我開氧氣、送物品、加濕器換水，服務有耐心，非常感謝！ 很有温度的品牌連鎖，喜歡希爾頓歡朋，喜歡“為每一次您的入住，全力以赴！”的品牌信念，真的很棒，工作或出遊，安心之選，強烈推薦，粉你～
