Concernant le problème de bruit extérieur que vous avez signalé, l'hôtel s'est rendu sur place pour comprendre la situation au plus vite. C'est parce que la propriété extérieure et la compagnie des eaux vérifiaient le compteur d'eau le matin, et le bruit provenant du soulèvement du couvercle était fort, ce qui a affecté votre expérience pendant votre séjour.
