The hotel is conveniently located just 5 minutes from two metro stations, making it easy to get around Chengdu. It's also within a 10-minute walk to Kuanzhai Alley. The hotel offers useful amenities like a gym and washing machines. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Special thanks to Betty at the front desk—she was very friendly and helpful, which made check-in smooth and welcoming. Highly recommended for both short and long stays.

The hotel staff is super friendly, 小韓 helped us a lot during our check in and upgraded us to bigger better room! We were gifted panda toy as gift while we checked in to the hotel, also given us free breakfast during our stays. Overall room is clean and tidy, the location is super convenient to go everywhere. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who is visitting Chengdu in the future!

We stayed for about 10 days, they kept the building clean and had no smell at all. The location is just one block from the Metro station, a lot of restaurants around the area. What I can suggest is the more western style of the breakfast, and more coffee machine.

the hotel is clean and perfect, size is just nice with a sofa. the location is 8 minutes walk to the famous kuan zai alley and there are convenient stores opposite the road. laundry and gym available. the hotel staff service is awesome and the staff 小尤 is very helpful and patience on answering all my question. she even went extra miles to help arrange my breakfast and ensure i have a comfortable stay. will definitely comeback again.

We booked a double double room but then upgraded to family room (please note:family rooms are allowed to smoke I heard). The first room we assigned gave a strong lingering cigarette smell, when we asked to change, they immediately open another rooms for us to smell (two members of my family have very strong smell that would make them sick often). Service was wonderful since arrival. They have free coffee and tea at the lobby. Free laundry room with dryer as well. The breakfast was wonderful too, our family always love a great breakfast in China. Mostly Chinese style, but they try to cater others with breads and jams, fruits, and milk. Location is very convenient, lots of local good food nearby. The receptions are very attentive. We needed help since our luggage's lock was broken, and they send someone immediately the next morning to help ( it was already night time when I asked for help). We stayed during Christmas, on Christmas eve, each of us were given a bag with an apple inside. When we checked out on the 25th my kids were given panda dolls and apples plus a bottle of mineral water for out train trip to another city by 小何, such a warming and wonderful service we received, made our Christmas in China beautiful

The hotel site is very convenient and the on site laundry services a plus for us and other customers.The front desk attendants services is sublime and very professional. Would like to extend my thanks to them, they helps me to collect and kept my parcels safe. Special thanks to male attendant (wear spectacle), yesterday 31/5/24 pm shift. Not forget to thanks Kiki from making our last day in Cheng Du a blast, giving a warm goodbye and a love soft toy❤️ Thanks Hilton Garden in Kuan Zai Alley, hope to see you all again!

Location is great and staff are warm, friendly and super helpful. Beds were clean and comfortable.

The hotel is not grand. In fact, it is rather small although the room has been nicely renovated. The booking through CTrip is confusing as I had paid the amount using Wechat but when I checked I to the hotel, I was told to repay the same amount to me by CTrip. All too confusing

Great hotel in great location! Lots of food in the area and walking distance to Kuanzhai alley.

An old area at heart of Chengdu, lot of restaurant around this hotel but lack of the hotel facilities.

It is under the "Hilton Garden" brand, too many shops to eat and do your gift shopping.
