C'est le meilleur hôtel si vous prévoyez de visiter le château de Neuschwanstein. Assurez-vous de réserver le bâtiment principal. Nous avons réservé le Jagerhaus par erreur. C'est un bâtiment séparé à quelques pas mais la décoration est de style très ancien et n'a rien à voir avec le bâtiment moderne "MAIN". Nous avons pu discuter avec la réception et nous surclasser pour un petit prix dans le bâtiment principal. Le petit déjeuner était très bon dans le bâtiment principal. Le spa (piscine et sauna) est fantastique. Vue imprenable sur l'extérieur tout en profitant soit.

Very conveniently located hotel. The hotel is beautiful, has complete facilities. We chose to stay in a traditional style room, decorated to match the ancient history of the castle. The breakfast was very good.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful location. Professional and caring staff. The restaurant was good, but menu doesn't offer any proper vegetarian offer. The SPA is limited in size with no hammam. Unfortunately the relax room was extremely cold due to a broken window.

Very nice room with beautiful scenery directly facing the lake, room facilities, balcony and private bathroom excellent. Swimming pool also good. Hotel staffs kind and supportive. One thing need to mention that room service is very difficult as no menu in the room and have to go the reception desk, which should walk long way from hotel, given that the restaurant at another end, if ordered, could be cold when sending to room.

清潔感のあるホテルでした。サウナ・プールもありとても楽しめました。朝食も種類が多く豊富でした。お城までのアクセスがよく、便利でこのホテルにしてよかったです。

酒店位置極佳，座落在新天鵝堡山下，而且又近阿爾卑斯湖，非常寫意。酒店前台同事專業稱職，早餐種類繁多，有現場即煮omelettes 吃和蜂巢蜜糖吃。房間整潔明亮，最緊要有冷氣，而且富有現代感。可惜浴室只有玻璃門。整體滿意，度過一個美好的晚上。
