這次住宿體驗非常不好。前台工作人員(她的名字是Amp)對於我問題的問題絲毫沒有耐心。到最後,她都不回答我的問題了。酒店管理也十分混亂。我訂的7人宿舍。剛進去,我的床上就有其他人的東西。最後衹能到前台換床。當天下午,我回到酒店,房卡居然不能開了,有衹能去前台激活房卡。房間衞生還可以,就是洗手間浴室和廁所門有有黴斑。
My stay was not as expected. Customer service was awful. Since English is not my first language, I had difficulties understanding the front desk receptionist (I believe her name is Amp). I asked several questions about the check-in procedure, hotel facilities, etc, she was not patient at all. At last, she stopped answering my questions unless I asked one question again and again.
The management was bad as well. I booked a shared room. When I entered the room, someone else’s baggage was on my bed, I had to go to the front desk and request to change a new bed. After doing this, I went out for about 15 minutes. When I returned, the room key was not working. I had to go to the front desk again and re-program the key. How come a ready-room actually was not ready!?
Room cleanliness was ok but the bathroom and shower room had mold.
