A covered, heated garage spot gives you the option of driving should you so choose. GUEST ACCESS Guests have full access to the garage, coach house, and roof-top deck. The garage is shared with the hosts who live in the main house across the courtyard. The courtyard is not for guest use. SUMMER STAYS A dehumidifier is included for comfort and convenience in the warm and humid summer months. The dehumidifier has a bin that fills with water which needs to be emptied periodically. It is not required to empty the bin, but the dehumidifier will no longer dehumidify when the bin is full. LONG-TERM STAYS (stays over one week) There are three plants in the unit that are expected to be lightly watered once a week. If guests would rather not take care of the plants, please alert us prior to your stay so that we can remove them. We also offer an optional professional cleaning service during your stay for an additional fee. Please inquire for costs and scheduling. SECURITY DEVICES There are security cameras on the exterior of the property for the safety of guests and of the occupants of the main home. The cameras face onto the sidewalks lining Orchard St. and Willow St., and into the courtyard between the Coach House and Main House.
