Wonderful room with wonderful views. Love sitting in the window seats overlooking the city. The service is excellent- Antonio and Jovan are excellent as well as another young gentleman who worked at the front desk (can’t remember his name). We love this location. The only negative is having to look at the trump hotel and to be reminded of an awful human being that is sadly, horrifically and scarily our joke of a president who is ruining our country. The L7 though is wonderful and we highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience. The hotel rooms & common areas are so aesthetically decorated, the rooms are so functional, every detail is thought through to make for an enjoyable stay. And the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. Have nothing negative to say, Will definitely stay here again

Awesome experience

- It was Super noisy at night time, and I didn't sleep well. The hotel locates at the cross, it was super noisy even at 1-2 am. There was a lot of engine noise from the racing cars outside of the windows. - We booked the King size Suits with lake view, however, it is at level 4, there are not many lake views, and the window is pretty high. - There is no water or any drinks in the mini bar. - We didn't set any alarm. However, the alarm in the room woke me up at 6 am!

房間很新，好像是24年翻新完，裏面設施也不錯，有瑜伽墊和小啞鈴，還有空氣凈化器，總體體驗很好，位置非常好！挨着川普大樓周圍很多玩的，很安全

整體還不錯，就是感覺走廊有點老舊，但是室內還可以。這個河景房其實也看不了什麼河，不過考慮到價格還是值得

來芝加哥玩預訂了這家酒店。雖然房間很小但很温馨。晚上想要加熱帶回來的食物，發現沒有微波爐後，front desk專門搬上來了一個用。很貼心

在市中心，除了空調太乾，allgood。

位置很棒，出行方便。
