I arrived at the hotel in the afternoon and was quickly checked in by two receptionists who spoke English well. I was soon on my way to my room on the 4th floor. The room was not very large, but nevertheless adequate. Note that some rooms here are even smaller than mine. The room came with a comfortable bed with sockets by the bed, a desk and a chair as well as a safe, a 0,5 L water bottle (not replenished), a minibar and good A/C. However, there was no coffee table or armchair. Wifi was free, fast, reliable and unlimited. The bathroom was of average size and came with a walk-in shower with excellent water pressure and ample hot water both in the overhead as well as the handheld shower. Note that in addition to the usual tap, the shower has two on/off buttons controlling each shower mode. If those are both in the off position, opening the tap will result in no water coming out and then you might think there is an outage even if there is not; just press the button and water will start flowing. Amenities included hand soap, shampoo and shower gel, all single-use, which I much appreciate. A bathrobe and slippers were provided, as well as a dental kit etc. I found the room to fulfill four star criteria nicely. The hotel opened its doors in June 2023, so it is still brand new and everything was in excellent condition. The room was cleaned daily and felt fresh and clean. I very much liked the old school way of featuring the hotel name on everything from towels to dental kits to bathrobes to shoe cleaning sponges. One letdown, however, was that during my stay, it rained every day but the hotel was not at all prepared. They supposedly had umbrellas at reception, but the most I ever saw was one single umbrella, and this when the sun was shining. Great hotels provide umbrellas in rooms, good hotels hand them out at reception on request, but what kind of hotels frequently run out completely? Fortunately, during heavy rain, they were able to find me one in the back after some persistence, but acquiring more umbrellas seems like a reasonable and much needed investment in my opinion. Breakfast was served in the restaurant from 7:30 to 10:30. It was your usual affair and came with both hot and cold options. I especially liked the Caprese salad and fresh fruit. In addition to the usual international fare they had some local items as well. Breakfast gave you a good start of the day and was included in the room rate. The restaurant also serves lunch and dinner at reasonable prices, but I did not try it out. The hotel enjoys an excellent location, next to Cathedral Park. There is a supermarket and a money exchange booth right next to the hotel. The airport trolleybus is a few minutes away on the main street Bulevardul Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt and will take you to the airport in 40 minutes. De voyage en Moldavie, j'ai choisi cet hôtel grâce aux photos. Plusieurs points positifs - la situation en centre ville - la propreté - la gentillesse du personnel Mais également quelques points négatifs (surtout quand on paye 70 euros la nuit en MLLDAVIE) - pommeau de douche cassé et débit faible - pas de petit-déjeuner continental, c'est une carte - tout est en supplément. Alors que l'hôtel est quasi vide (spa, eau, peignoir) - aucune intention pour un 4 étoiles. Je reviendrai en Moldavie avec plaisir mais je pense dans un autre hôtel

Il a été accueilli par un grand nombre de personnes, et il a été très bien accueilli par un grand nombre de personnes. Les chambres comprennent réfrigérateur et chaudière électrique. Nombre suffisant d'outils électriques. Lits et coussins confortables. Espaces de bureau bien éclairés. Salle de bain avec tout en ordre de travail dans la première chambre, douche de drainage lente dans la deuxième chambre. La chambre est à l'étage, avec des plafonds et des lumières du ciel. Le plafond de la chambre est très bas, surtout près de la table, et j'ai frappé la tête quelques fois. Les chambres ont des salleaux de métal entre la chambre et la salle de bain, qui peuvent causer des déplacements, surtout à la nuit. Bon wifi. Personnel agréable, aideur. Dans l'ensemble, une très bonne valeur.

It was my first time in Moldova. Any member of staff I came into contact with, either on the front desk, or in the bar/restaurant spoke very good English. The staff on the reception were particularly helpful. They were happy to help with a late check out as I'd a late flight and also with ordering a taxi to the airport. The room was spacious. Large bathroom. Comfortable bed. Coffee machine and a kettle in the room. Minibar is well stocked with snacks if you don't want to walk to the shops (although there are shops within walking distance of the hotel). Handy location for the train station. It's within walking distance if you get the overnight train from Bucharest. City centre a bit of a walk, but not too far. About 20 minutes walk to the Triumphal Arch. About 30 minutes walk to the Museum of Ethnography & Natural History. Overall, one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in. The reception staff in particular are brilliant. Nothing is any trouble for them and I'd gladly stay again.

It was my first time in Chisinau and I stayed in Courtyard by Marriott for 2 nights. From check in to check out, it was a memorable stay. Entire staff were amazing with good qualities of hospitality understanding. I would like to extend my appriciations to Ekta and Maxim from reception and Rynul from restaurant. Keep up the good work.

Good place for the money they charge. Employees were super friendly. Hotel is perfect if you need to stay a day or so until you continue your trip. 10 minutes drive from North Bus Station and 25 from the airport. Receptionist Elena made me a box with my breakfast, which was so nice)

Bar de piscine bon (quand ouvert) mais nourriture non disponible à la piscine Bad points: Baignoires Jacuzzi ne fonctionnent pas - dans aucune pièce. C'était une grande déception - une raison pour choisir cet hôtel. Nombre de pierres de piscine cassé Piscine caillou ne fonctionnant pas Shallow “jacuzzi” dans la piscine des enfants non fonctionnant - trous dangereux où les jets sont cassés ou enlevés Pas de tube chaud dans le jardin (comme dit certains employés) Restaurant non fonctionnant (aucun) - repas seulement disponible dans la réception ou dans la zone couverte près de la route piscine intérieure non disponible (non remplie en été) “Minibar” = réfrigérateur vide “Superfast WiFi” à peine fonctionnant, coupant tous les minutes dans notre chambre Centre d'équipe fermé à l'intérieur du bar En fait, juste le bureau de réception - pas de bière ou d'autres boissons disponibles (sauf bouteilles chaudes de vin) le soir (quand le bar de piscine a été fermé).
