Avis : Xiaoxiaoqin B&B (Hongya Cave)

La chambre est globalement très satisfaisante, il suffit à deux familles de voyager avec leurs enfants, quatre chambres ! L'emplacement est également correct ! Vous pouvez profiter du paysage ! Il est entouré de sites pittoresques, et le prix et la nourriture vont de soi. C'est une routine unifiée à travers le pays ! Bien qu'il y ait une cuisine, la cuisinière à gaz ne fonctionne pas, il n'y a pas de micro-ondes et il y a une marmite rouillée ! Les coins de la salle de bain sont un peu fissurés et moisis. Il y a une projection dans le salon, mais l'écran est plâtré par moi-même, pas un écran blanc. Si vous regardez la télé la journée, vous devez tirer les rideaux ! Le paysage devant la fenêtre est plutôt sympa !

J'aime beaucoup ce B&B. C'est très propre, le transport est pratique, l'environnement est super chaleureux et confortable, dès mon entrée, j'ai été attiré par sa chaleur et son confort. , et chaque détail révèle le soin et le goût du propriétaire. L'hôte et le majordome fournissent également un bon service. J'ai été très satisfait. C'était accueillant mais pas trop envahissant. Ce fut un séjour très agréable. Je recommande vivement ce B&B à tous les voyageurs.

We checked in on the 13 and was shocked by the condition of the room. On pictures, it was nice, in reality, it is covered with dust and grime. I do not know if housekeeping is done by landlord or butler, but it is pretty sad. We booked the lijiang room which is for 4 rooms. The 4th room is actually the balcony of the apartment, boarded up. They used a cloth to block the apartments stairwell from view. The cloth was dusty and the view scary so my daughter refused to sleep in that room. She even thought the odd attachment on the wall was a cctv. It didn't leave a pleasant feel. The toilet was old, and not cleaned properly. What was interesting was our toilet is a world of difference from another room from the same seller. I conclude that other rooms had been upgraded but not my room. This is a clear misrepresentation. It should be clearly stated that this room is not renovated, unlike the other rooms. We were so traumatised by the room and checked out immediately that night and moved into a hotel nearby. The seller refused to refund the amount due to their "strict non-return" policy, so trip.com stepped in to compensate a small amount. We booked 4 nights, and that is not a small sum, since this room is the largest of the lot. It is a buyers beware kind of situation. Trip.com should step in and put a disclaimer for this room. Both Trip.com and this seller should do better. Attached are photos that are clearer representation of the room Location-wise, it is ideal as it is nea hongyadong, but it is in an old building, and the corridors are dark and eerie, with sensor lights that come on when u walk past.

Pro: Location is superb, right at the centre of the busy hongyadong. - Owner response fast to request Cons: - The apartment kitchen and toilet need to renovate. Super dirty with lots of amenities beyond repairs. - Refrigerator need a thorough clean. We didn’t dare to use it the whole time staying. As it was super dirty. - All the cabinet in the kitchen and bedrooms have stains and dirt everywhere. - washing machine is tiny and only manage to clean Up to 4-5 winter clothes

Great location, variety of food nearby, clean, good service by admin staff. It will be perfect if there is some refurbishment.

The property could benefit from some updates and maintenance. One of the queen bedrooms was converted from a balcony, making it extremely cold during winter. Additionally, the heater in one of the rooms next to the hall was not working, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep through the night. The bathroom in one of the rooms remained choked throughout our stay, and overall, the bathrooms were not thoroughly cleaned. The kitchen also lacked proper cleanliness, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the view from the hall was decent, but unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to make up for the shortcomings in comfort and cleanliness.

Room is huge, toilet is slightly underwhelming. But host has been very extremely helpful. Very good view to see hongya cave from the top.

房間景色真的很美 尤其傍晚更沒話説 一出門就能打到車 晚上小小塞但真的挺方便 床舒服些就好了

洪崖洞すぐ近くのタワーマンションの30階。写真の通りの絶景です。　 リビングは広く、麻雀卓付き。清潔な寝室4つに、トイレ&シャワー室も2つで、これ以上ないぐらい大変素晴らしい宿です。　 もちろん周辺には火鍋やレストランがたくさんあって便利です。　管理人の対応も迅速で、最高の宿だと思います。 強くお勧めします。
