Regarding the room issue you mentioned, we found that your order did not specify the need for a non-smoking room, so we were unable to arrange it in advance. After the front desk staff learned of your request, they immediately coordinated to upgrade you to an executive room on a non-smoking floor for free. Additionally, the inquiries about your purpose of coming to Chongqing were for the purpose of reporting as required for foreign guests and were not intended to ask irrelevant questions.
