Avis : RARA E-sports Hotel

Le service n'était pas bon. Nous avons convenu de fournir le thé de l'après-midi et combien cela coûterait. Ensuite, nous avons dit que la machine était en panne. Finalement, nous avons demandé des collations, mais à la fin nous n'avons reçu que deux petits sacs et une bouteille de 7-Up. . Quand j'ai demandé à la balayeuse où se trouvait sa chambre, j'ai juste fait semblant de ne pas entendre.

Le thé de l'après-midi inclus dans le repas n'était pas du tout livré.

The room and the bathroom were very clean and very spacious. The hotel staff did everything to make me happy. The bed was large enough for a large person. There is no safe and there is no microwave in the room. The room was non-smoking but there were ashtrays next to the computer terminals, and there were cigarettes burn marks on the furniture. There was no smell of cigarettes in my room. There are 5 elevators. The Elevators can get very crowded. There is a RARA button in all the elevators, floor 19. The Nanping metro station is only 50 meters from the hotel. There is a large supermarket in the basement of the shopping mall under the hotel with plenty of good fresh made food like sandwiches and sushi. On the floors under the supermarket there is a KFC and a McDonalds. A taxi ride to the airport T3, at 5 in the morning, was 70 yuan. There are plenty of taxis at the road past Le Meridian hotel. For a taxi drop-off use Le Meridian hotel.

My experience there was nice. The hotel is well located. The room is big and the view is nice. The laundry service is included, so it’s really convenient. The staff is kind and pay attention to your requests. The only cons for me were the bed, which wasn’t really comfortable, and the entrance of the hotel. Since it is located in the 19th floor of a commercial building, there is always a lot of people waiting for the elevator, and sometimes it will stop on every single floor before getting to the ground floor, which is kind of tiring.

It was clean and neat and big enough. Good for gamers cus there is a couple of PC game to play. Haha. Nice Wanda view as well

Great place, nice staff, great food around, just brain Metro

A clean and quiet place to stay in Chongqing. It's located above a shopping mall and the entrance is next to the Starbucks at exit 2 of the metro station. The reception is on the 19th floor and while, the person didn't speak english, checkin was convenient and quick with the help of a translator app by them. The room is just like the pictures; clean and with two gaming computers. (I didn't use them during my stay, though). Water is provided, and there's a mini fridge (a rarity in China) stocked with drinks and snacks that they replenish for free during your stay. Depending on which side you're on you'll either face the road or the shopping street. While it can be noisy with the window open during the day and early evening, it quickly quiets down after about 10 in the evening, and I had no trouble sleeping, even though I'm a light sleeper. I had a great time in Chongqing and would book this place in a heartbeat if I return here.

入住體驗超預期。房間乾淨通透，床品柔軟舒適，一夜好眠。衞浴整潔無異味，熱水充足水温適宜。前台小小服務高效，辦理入住退房都很順暢，有問必答態度親和。地理位置便利，周邊吃飯購物都方便，鬧中取靜不嘈雜。細節處見用心，走廊安靜，電梯運行平穩，連洗漱用品都透着精緻。性價比很高，下次來還會選這裏。

入住這家酒店真的挺驚喜的。進房間第一感覺就是舒服，地板光腳踩上去都不沾灰，床單被罩乾乾淨淨，帶着點淡淡的清香味，連衞生間的玻璃門和鏡面都擦得亮亮的，沒有一點水漬，看着就特別清爽。前台的欣欣真是讓人印象深刻，我到的時候有點晚，她還是笑眯眯的，説話輕聲細語但特別清楚，幫我辦入住時動作麻利，還主動問我需不需要幫忙拿行李。等我拿房卡時，她又特意提醒我附近哪家火鍋店好吃，臨走前還笑着説有任何需要隨時找她，那股熱情勁兒，讓人旅途的疲憊都消了大半。交通方便這點必須誇誇，樓下就是輕軌站，早上趕車根本不用慌。旁邊就是萬達商場，晚上想吃點夜宵、買點東西，步行五六分鐘就到，逛累了回來也方便，完全不用操心交通問題。下次還來！強烈推薦！！！

必須誇誇前台陽陽！辦理入住時笑容超甜，耐心介紹周邊路線，還主動提醒輕軌末班車時間，服務熱情又貼心。酒店位置絕了，下樓就是輕軌站，去商圈和景點都直達，通勤出遊太省時間。雖然沒有早餐，但陽陽推薦的巷子裏的早餐攤超好吃，步行3分鐘就到。客房乾淨整潔，備好的濕巾和耳機套很實用。24小時前台隨時響應需求，有問題找陽陽準沒錯，下次來還住這兒，體驗感拉滿！

這家電競酒店真的超出預期！一進房間就被整潔度驚艷到，桌面、鍵盤縫隙都乾乾淨淨，床單被套帶着淡淡的清香，完全沒有普通酒店的異味，環境特別舒適，久坐打遊戲也不覺得悶。 服務更是沒話説，從辦理入住到送物上門都特別貼心，有需求時響應很快，前台小小態度也很親切。最驚喜的是房間裏的免費洗衣服務，玩累了把臟衣服丟進去，退房時就能拿到乾淨清爽的衣物，太方便了。minibar裏的飲料和小零食也是免費的，渴了餓了隨手就能拿，簡直是為電競愛好者量身打造的。下次組隊開黑，還來這裏！

第二次來這家電競酒店，體驗還是一如既往地好！房間整體寬敞明亮，電腦設備嶄新流暢，桌椅高度設計得很舒服，長時間打遊戲也不會覺得累。衞生細節做得特別到位，桌面、鼠標墊一塵不染，衞生間乾淨無異味，連地毯都沒半點污漬，住着特別放心。 工作人員小小態度超讚，辦理入住高效利落，全程笑臉相迎。最貼心的是免費洗衣服務，熬夜開黑後把臟衣服拿去洗，醒來就能穿得乾乾淨淨。minibar裏的可樂、零食都是免費的，隨時能補充能量，簡直是懶人福音。組隊開黑選這裏，準沒錯！

這次入住體驗感拉滿！酒店環境是我最在意的，這兒是真的安靜，晚上關了窗幾乎聽不到雜音，房間裏也收拾得一塵不染，連床底邊緣都沒看到灰塵，住得特別舒心。必須誇誇前台的欣欣！辦理入住時速度快得驚人，身份證遞過去沒兩分鐘就弄好了，全程笑眯眯的，還主動提醒我記得進房間先登陸一下電腦，有任何需要隨時叫我們，專業又熱情的樣子，一下子就讓人覺得很親切。交通和配套更是沒話説——樓下就是輕軌站，出站走幾步就到酒店，趕行程特別方便；旁邊就是萬達商場，想吃火鍋、買日用品甚至晚上想逛逛街，下樓溜達幾分鐘就到，完全不用繞路。最驚喜的是房間裏的小冰箱，有免費的零食和飲料，可樂、雪碧，晚上回房隨手拿一罐冰飲，窩在電競椅上刷會手機玩會遊戲，簡直是旅途裏的小確幸。下次來這兒，肯定還選這家！
