優點：1環境好 感覺挺乾淨的、房間無污漬 無水漬 無皂劑 2早餐也不錯 內容豐富 （有水果 米線 麪條 稀飯 炒飯 和小菜10來種） 3位置也好找 離火車站近 4可以提前入住和延遲退房 這點非常好 5床非常軟 枕頭是0壓的 乳膠枕非常舒服 6浴室不僅有洗髮水 沐浴露 還配備了洗手液 護髮素 很貼心 7電視非常大 很智能 掃一下直接連wifi 缺點 ：1就是在攜程訂的房間 去了之後告訴我們沒有訂單記錄 找不到訂單 重複確認姓名 搞了一會兒 不知道怎麼又有了 2因為來榮昌完了幾天有幾套臟衣服 去洗衣房洗衣服 然後衹有2個洗衣機 都在洗 在沙發上坐着等衣服洗完 別人來拿走 等了很久 沒人來 就幫他拿出來 結果發現內衣內褲襪子短袖 全部直接扔裏面洗 （雖然這些都是個人衣物 這也是公共洗衣機 怎麼洗是別人的自由）但是看到還是會感覺不適 感覺不乾淨 希望可以貼一個温馨提示 內褲襪子私密貼身物建議手洗 3早上起來去吃早餐 把早餐票給服務員後開始用餐 這個服務員不知道是有起床氣還是什麼 一直在吐槽客人 一會兒説別人吧菜撒枱子上了 一會説別人拿夾菜的夾子夾了餃子 説搞得這煩那煩的 在吃飯的時候旁邊有個客人在吐槽晚上火車噪音大 這個服務員也不耐煩的給客人説 正常啊 習慣了就好 我們這些反正聽不到 那個客人也是直接回懟 來這裏都是第一次 你想我怎麼習慣嘛 （酒店位置近火車軌道 由於是彎道 所以火車會鳴笛） 這個睡眠淺的可以考慮一下了 所以我想説 來這裏住酒店不是來找不愉快的 你如果有起床氣 或者心情不好可以不説話 沒必要用不好的語氣去説客人的不對 都是成年人了 誰都不會故意把菜撒出去一點在桌子上 都是夾的時候滴下去的油或者菜 你明明發幾句牢騷也要去處理去擦一下 默默無聞也要擦拭一下 為什麼非要選第一種呢 這樣你自己也不高興 客人也從體驗感上不高興 你發這幾句牢騷 我們沒撒的客人會覺得你服務有點不是 撒了的客人心裏面也會難受 所以希望少説話 服務行業 需要注重語言藝術 畢竟酒店價格擺在這裏 屬於經濟型酒店 不希望你把顧客當上帝 但希望注意服務態度 謝謝 注（早餐 粥區鹹菜勺子確實小 本來鹹菜碗就小 勺子又小 很精緻 不小心 確實會撒 聽到服務員吐槽客人後我根本不敢撒 害怕下一個吐槽的就是我 ） *綜合來講 酒店價格經濟 環境優美 簡約 住起來舒適但是就是缺少人情味 沒有賓至如歸的感覺 服務態度 以及辦事效率還可以學習 畢竟是連鎖酒店 但是這個價格除了服務外 其他我認為非常滿意 住酒店就是住的一個乾淨 舒適 安全 服務衹是拉回頭客的一個加分項
