Recommandé, le prix est élevé. C'est propre et calme, le petit déjeuner est également bon. Sauf que la place n'est pas au centre-ville, mais le bus est à l'extérieur de la route. Le restaurant de la boisson/Museum de boisson à proximité est superbe, la file de bois frit est délicieux et la bière fraîche est superbe. L'environnement est propre et large. L'hôtel donne aussi un billet de bière gratuit. Nous avons même mangé deux jours parce que c'est vraiment délicieux 😋

Ce n'est vraiment pas loin de la gare pour prendre un taxi. Il y a aussi des bus, et il y a des arrêts de bus à la porte. La chambre est propre et bien rangée et le quartier est correct. Il y a un supermarché à côté, il y a un restaurant chinois pendant 3 à 5 minutes et le goût est très bon.

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in - comfortable beds, extremely clean room with everything you could possibly want - a safe, tea and coffee, a fridge, a place to put the suitcases, plenty of wardrobe space, a desk, water and fruit, immaculate WC and seperate bathroom, even a shoe horn. We also had a picturesque balcony. The staff were friendly and approachable, nothing was too much trouble. The location was great, direct bus links to the centre and also to the airport. Luggage lockers are also avaislble to enable you to leave cases. There's a lift and wider doors provide good accessibility. The hotel is newly decorated and offer a clean, modern, comfortable respite - highly recommended. Across the road is a very nice bakery and to the right of the florist shop opposite the hotel is a footpath over a little brook to an authentic Austrian restaurant where the traditional food and beers served are outstanding and very reasonable. This hotel is perfectly located to enjoy this and many other Maxglan eateries. The hotel also has scenic views of the mountains.

The hotel was well situated with frequent busses and trams to centre of Salzburg. Staff helpful and friendly. Room not large but big enough and clean . Bed comfortable and large. Loved the tv screen saver very relaxing. Continental breakfast wasn’t expensive and had a good variety

La meilleure expérience n'a jamais été n'importe où. Je ne peux pas dire assez de choses magnifiques sur cet hôtel et les personnes qui y travaillent. 100% excellente expérience. Tout était de 5 étoiles sur le tableau. Nous avons séjourné dans la View Deluxe Room et la chambre et les vues étaient merveilleuses. Le petit déjeuner buffet et le personnel étaient également étonnants. Le dîner était aussi grand. Quelqu'un de notre party s'est réveillé malade et tout le personnel est allé au-dessus et au-delà pour prendre soin de toutes les demandes. Recommander. Restera ici.

This is a really nice hotel just beside the train station and across the street from the main bus lines that take you everywhere in the City. The room was excellent with a free mini-bar and other nice amenities. It is definitely worth spending more for the higher floor as the view is spectacular. Lot's of mountains on one side and rolling countryside on the other. The staff were all good, check-in and check-out was easy and the breakfast in the morning was tasty with lots of variety. I would definitely stay there again.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres mais j'ai réservé 2 chambres et payé plus pour une des chambres parce que je voulais avoir un lit de taille royale mais j'ai découvert que toutes les chambres ont un grand lit roi .Le parking n'est pas gratuit.La situation est un peu loin du centre-ville et Il n' y a pas de magasins à proximité .

IInvitéThis is probably the best place we have ever stayed! Alex and Iris are great hosts, friendly and very helpful. Everything is perfect. The rooms are spotless, the toiletries luxurious, bed very comfortable, great to have tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast was lovely, great choice, lots of homemade and local produce and my husband said it was the best omelette he'd eaten. Lots of information on things to do in Salzburg. 20 minute easy walk or quick bus ride into the old town to get to Christmas markets and other museums and attractions. Easy to get to from the airport. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Alex and Iris!

Tout le monde est super utile, va au-delà de la demande de service et a une telle démarche agréable quand il parle aux invités. La chambre familiale que nous avons séjournée était grande et confortable. Notre chambre était plutôt calme avec vraiment aucun bruit de l'extérieur filtrant dans. Nous n'avons séjourné qu'une nuit mais nous souhaitions avoir séjourné plus longtemps, et planifions de rester à nouveau quand nous rentrons à Salzbourg.

IInvitéThis hotel is off the main streets so it is relatively quiet, but is very centrally located. The rooms are large enough and the beds are very comfortable. There is an outside seating area to enjoy a delicious breakfast or an afternoon/evening drink. The hotel will provide its guests with ice and has beer for purchase so there is no need to wander too far. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay in this hotel as part of a Rick Steves tour group.

IInvitéLe bus pour Salzbourg n'est qu'à 15 minutes, mais il y a plusieurs bus en même temps, et Hellbrunn ou Cable Kata sont tous les deux sur la montagne, donc si vous avez un horaire pour vous y rendre, vous pouvez rester à l'hôtel, surtout si vous voyagez depuis Prenez le bus Flix ou Leo à Prague ou ailleurs. C'est la direction de la gare à la ville, vous pouvez donc trouver un logement plus tôt car le logement est plus tôt que la ville. Le personnel est sympathique et il pleut beaucoup à Salzgan, alors j'ai loué un parapluie à l'hôtel et je l'ai bien utilisé. L'inconvénient c'est qu'il est climatisé, j'ai donc choisi ce type d'hébergement, qui n'est généralement pas ce que l'on croit, mais un appareil de type ventilateur.
Veuillez noter que la climatisation est installée. Cependant, il a plu le jour de notre départ, de sorte que la climatisation n'était pas nécessaire. Ouvrir la fenêtre et souffler le vent est beaucoup plus frais que d'ouvrir le climatiseur. Vous pouvez ouvrir la fenêtre, car il n'y a pas de moustiques, ce n'est pas grave. En plus de la déception avec la climatisation, le prix est moins cher que l'hébergement à Salzbourg, vous pouvez donc prendre le bus.

Bien situé, au calme, pas si loin que cela du centre historique ET touristique que l'on rejoint en 10 minutes (à pieds ) par une rue piétonne très agréable. Hôtel très propre ( probablement rénové il y a peu avec une touche cosy. Cour intérieure pour le petit déjeuner ( ou en salle évidemment ). Chambre confortable. Belle salle de bains avec un défaut majeur, sa porte d'accès entièrement vitrée qui donne directement sur la chambre. Cette salle de bains ayant (aussi) une fenêtre non occultante le réveil peut être très matinal ( de fait , pour visiter c'est pas mal !! ). Petit déjeuner qui manque de choix. C'est pain ( divers soit ) ou pain. Mais il ne vous laissera sur votre faim. Pour le parking ne pas hésiter à le solliciter dès la réservation. Il y a 15 places et s'il y a dispo, on vous attribue une place avec une gentille plaquette. Sympa, car ailleurs c'est souvent nein ou nein...à voir sur place ! Personnel accueillant mais jusqu'à 20h00. Après l'hôtel vous appartient (humour ) notamment le bar qui reste accessible en open. Vous vous servez, vous notez votre emprunt pour le régler ultérieurement. Le choix est restreint certes mais l'initiative plaisante.

IInvitéJ'ai réservé cette auberge car je suis arrivé à 4h du matin après un train de nuit en provenance d'Italie. J'ai pu m'enregistrer à 4h30, ce qui était bien. Toutes les chambres sont en suite. Veuillez noter que vous devez payer une taxe de séjour de 1,55 EUR et que le linge de lit coûte 3,5 EUR . La chambre est très propre. . vous avez un emplacement pour chargeur USB sur votre lit. Vous pouvez également déposer vos bagages gratuitement, il vous suffit de demander au personnel la clé de la bagagerie. Globalement très satisfait du prix que j'ai payé. De plus, jusqu'à fin juin, tous les vendredis, les transports en commun de Salzbourg sont gratuits.

IInvitéErstens, der Mann (eigentlich der Besitzer), der uns eingecheckt hatte eine sehr schlechte Einstellung. Als wir ihm sagten, 480 EUR sind zu teuer für zwei Nächte angesichts der Zimmerbedingungen und Dienstleistungen, er lachte nur und sagte, es ist sogar billig für Salzburg. Wir baten darum, in ein anderes Zimmer umzuziehen (nachdem das angebotene Zimmer miserabel aussah), es war nicht anders. Obwohl wir sagten, dass wir gerne einige Informationen über die Stadt hätten, ging er plötzlich weg. Wir haben ihn nie wieder gesehen, es gab keinen Rezeptionsservice. Das Zimmer war ekelhaft, nicht sauber, klebrig, sehr klein (s. Fotos). In unserer Reservierung wurden 25 m2 versprochen, in der Wirklichkeit 12 m2 angeboten, im Dachgeschpss. Der Boden war sehr schmutzig, hatte nicht in eine sehr lange Zeit gefegt worden! Die Wände waren auch überall schmutzig (s. Bilder). Wir waren im zweiten Stock, mit Blick auf das Dach durch ein Fenster, das nicht möglich war, zu schließen, wenn es regnete. Es gab keinen Minibar, nicht einmal Gläser ! Viel Schmutz überall in dem heruntergekommenen Gebäude, Fenster und Türen-Anstrich waren beschädigt. Das gesamte ”Hotel” war sehr schmutzig. Das Zimmer wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht gereinigt, keine Müllabfuhr oder saubere Badetücher. Wir werden diesen Ort nicht empfehlen, es sei denn, dies ist die letzte Chanche in der Stadt. Ich weiß nicht einmal, wie sie eine Lizenz als Hotel bekommen haben. Auch wenn es ein altes Gebäude ist, gibt es keine Entschuldigung für das Personal für die schlechte Hygiene der Zimmer. Der Ort ist schrecklich, ich bin überrascht, sie haben sogar ein Geschäft mit diesem schrecklichen Kundenservice. Die Bilder der Unterkunft passen absolut nicht mit der Realität zusammen. Wir hätten es so niemals gebucht. Alt mag nicht immer schlecht sein, aber es sollte wenigstens gepflegt werden und sauber sein!

Nous sommes arrivés ici de Munich par train, nous avons pris le bus directement de la gare à la porte de check-in de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est disponible à l'hôtel Neutor et est bon, mais pas excellent et légèrement cher. La chambre d'hôtel était adéquate et impressionnelle. La chambre est située juste de l'autre côté du créneau derrière la vieille ville de Salzbourg, mais les tunnels traversant le créneau permettent de marcher et de conduire directement à partir de l'hôtel. Le prix de l'hôtel était beaucoup plus cher que les hôtels de la vieille ville et presque aussi confortable. Nous avons mangé tous nos repas dans la vieille ville et n'avons pas vu de choix de repas sur le côté de l'hôtel de la corde. Si vous voulez utiliser la chambre comme un endroit pour dormir et nettoyer, c'est une très bonne option, mais il est très court si vous voulez coucher autour de la chambre ou avoir des amis à visiter dans votre chambre.

Environnement environnant: il y a un supermarché, un magasin de pain, un magasin de cartes téléphoniques. Il y a un magasin de vêtements à l'autre côté de la route, un restaurant asiatique (il y a deux chefs chinois, les gens sont particulièrement bons!), un magasin de pâte turque, un magasin de pizza.
Service de l'hôtel: Le personnel ne parle pas beaucoup, mais je peux me sentir bien. Le petit déjeuner contient des œufs de riz, je suis très heureux. Je peux acheter une carte de transport + voyage à Salzburg 2 jours à l'hôtel, je me souviens que le montant est d'environ 39 euros. Si vous comprez Zika, vous devez payer des frais de formalité. Dans de nombreux endroits, Salzburg a accumulé de l'argent liquide, et il est préférable de préparer l'argent.
Installations de l'hôtel: le bâtiment de l'hôtel, l'apparence est un peu vieille, il n'y a pas d'élévateur et de climatisation. La chambre a mis un lit double et deux lits individuels après avoir peu d'espace. Au début, il y a un peu de malaise, je ne sais pas si c'est super mauvais. Mais, après avoir passé 2 nuits, je me sens bien. Le lendemain, nous sommes venus nettoyer la chambre. En résumé, le jour où nous avons réservé le jour où nous avons séjourné, son prix était relativement le plus bas, et il n'y avait pas de plainte.
En général, ne vous attendez pas trop haut, OK. Après tout, tout le monde va à Salzburg pour visiter la ville environnante, rentrer à dormir.

Il dit qu'il est libre de visiter le palais, mais il n'y a vraiment qu'une seule escalier et une petite chambre que vous pouvez voir et qu'il n'est pas marqué. Je pense qu'il est utilisé principalement pour les concerts. Il vaut encore un regard particulièrement sur l'escalier avec toutes les sculptures.

Malheureusement, je marchais à l'intérieur quand le temps était clair, et quand j'ai fini la forteresse à l'intérieur, qui était très intéressant de la TVA, elle a commencé à neiger lourd et nous ne pouvions pas voir très loin sur la tour. Le billet ne vous permet d'entrer dans chaque attraction que si vous venez de monter la tour quand le temps est bon.
