« I really appreciate upgrade to room sea view.
But on the night of our stay was very strong wind and omg felt like windows will fall out, we stayed up all night. Room was freezing.
In the no when I did check why the wind noise was sooo bad I realised there was a massive gap between window and frame.
On the check out girl asked how was my stay and when I said it was just alright, she wasn’t bothered to ask why and skipped to next question.
I could point out issue we had but there was a guest in front of me who was talking about the same situation and girl at reception offered her blanket and heater, sounds like it’s on good problem in hotel with windows and stuff can’t be ask to deal with it. »

« La réceptionniste est très réactive et professionnelle. Tout ce que nous avons demandé (brosse à dents, dentifrice, glace et puis un autre seau de glace supplémentaire !), ils nous l'ont donné rapidement. Le spa était super, il y avait deux bains à remous qui étaient régulièrement vides, vous pouvez donc profiter d'un bain à remous entier seul avec vos amis/partenaire/famille ; il y avait un hammam et un sauna et plein de canapés autour du spa où l'on peut se rafraîchir ; la piscine n'est également qu'à quelques pas, vous pourrez donc vous plonger dans le froid après le soin chaud. Malheureusement, il n'y avait pas de places disponibles pour les soins (soin du visage, massage, manucure / pédicure, etc.), je vous recommande donc de réserver à l'avance pour vous assurer d'avoir le vôtre. Une plainte est que la fenêtre de notre chambre était coincée et qu'elle ne pouvait pas être ouverte, donc si c'est le bon temps d'été, il peut être difficile d'y rester. »

« The hotel was quite nice in Brighton because I liked the way it was old fashioned and with two bunk beds.It had quite nice food but I think the food could be a little bit more better. The bathroom was very good at the hotel because I loved the central heating in the floor. »

BBebelianaFamily Suite is fantastic. Big room, very comfortable bed with one sofa bed already set up. We are lucky to have a corner room with five full windows which three of them are directly facing to the ocean.
Breakfast is nice with sufficient choice of food and beverages. Check in & out is efficient! Only minor thing is that the shower holder is a bit loose so can’t hold the shower head. But the location is the best and there are plenty of sightseeing points, activities and nice restaurants are just within walking distance. This hotel is just located opposite to the i360 tower. Upside down house, Long Beach and also 5 minutes walk to the arcade The Pier!! We will definitely come back for our next visit to Brighton!!

WWillHastingsThe Leonardo Waterfront was the perfect choice for meeting family in Brighton. We felt relaxed immediately - the staff are friendly and helpful, and the foyer (despite being huge and open plan) has lots of cosy areas for a drink or meal.
The rooms were spacious, very well-equipped and clean - one with a great sea view and the other with an internal window overlooking the foyer, which sounds unusual and potentially dark, but was actually lovely and, due to the glass ceiling, not oppressive at all. We had everything we needed; large comfy bed, good shower, fancy coffee, a fridge, a guide book to Brighton and complimentary water.
The location is great too. The main entrance is on seafront, close to the pier, and the rear doors lead straight to the Lanes, with lots of lovely shops, bars and restaurants within metres. The gym, pool, steam room and sauna were nice to use as well - like the rest of the hotel, clean and well-looked after with attentive staff. The only minor issue was that our key card disconnected a few times despite keeping it away from phone and electronics. It wasn’t too bad having to go to Reception to have it reset from the first floor, but might’ve been annoying from a room the fourth floor! Everything else more than made up for that though - thank you to all the staff for a fantastic stay!

IInvitéCleanliness 4/5 - Upon checking in we were advised that the rooms are not serviced every day. This is why I have not given a full rating for cleanliness. I was surprised by this and don’t remember it being advertised when booking. The room and the hotel were clean but I would have preferred daily service for top marks.
Location 4/5. Nice seafront location and we had a beautiful view from our sea view room. It’s a little further from the centre than we would have liked (or realised when booking) but it was nice to stroll along the sea front. In summer this would be lovely but we visited in January so it was a bit cold to walk all that way. Easy enough to get a taxi though.
Service 3/5 - A few things could have been improved service wise. The team in the breakfast room were lovely and welcoming and there was a lovely Scottish man who made conversation and enquiries about our visit. However, I found the reception team a bit cold and not very welcoming. When asked about recommendations for things to do in the area they couldn’t offer any. When I asked to book a taxi the phone was just passed to me and I had to go through the options/wait on hold etc rather than them arranging it for me. They didn’t enquire about our stay during checkout or welcome us to come back to visit again. During our stay there was a couple staying in the room above us who had a big argument at about 3:00am with a woman shouting and crying and it went on for around an hour. This obviously wasn’t the fault of the hotel but it was uncomfortable and a bit concerning at times. We reported it to the reception as we couldn’t sleep but there was no further mention of it or apology for the disturbance or for it being allowed to go on for so long when we checked out despite us having phoned through. Also, a minor point but on the first day at breakfast our order was taken but the breakfast was brought out when I had a bowl of cereal still in front of me. Would have been better for them to allow some time to eat from the buffet before bringing out hot food. There was also a surcharge on some items at breakfast even if you paid to have breakfast included. Was a bit confused by this as the ingredients on the surcharged items seemed quite basic and I don’t remember this being mentioned when booking.
Amenities 3/5 - this is quite a standard hotel so I didn’t expect it to have lots of amenities. There are two improvements that would have made the stay much better. Our room basically only had one plug socket. There was another that the TV was plugged into but you had to move a set of drawers to get access to it. There wasn’t any plug/USB sockets by the bedside tables. For two people with phones, digital watches and laptops etc it was quite annoying. It would be much better to have a double plug socket each side of the bed to charge devices. The TV was a good size but it didn’t seem possible to cast to the TV. Most people like to be able to cast from their Netflix/Amazon accounts etc so having the ability to cast to it would have been great.

The road outside front entrance/reception is a restricted road for taxis and authorised vehicles only with ANPR cameras. Driving onto this road will result in a Penalty Charge. Expensive hotel that doesn't have free parking for guests nor reimbursement service if guests have to pay for parking elsewhere is very bad. Room was like a 3 star hotel with outdated facilities. Shower in bathtub with just fixed head on wall so no shower pipe. Shower made loud rumbling noise when in use. Sink tap was either too hot or slight warm water. Guests had to use their room card to operate the lifts and ground floor doors everytime which was annoying. Overall very dissapointing stay at this hotel and definitely wouldn't stay again.

Llann94High hopes but this feel quite short in a number of ways. From the photos the room looked lovely and this did match up. However it did become apparent that aesthetics have been prioritised over other aspects. The pub/club opposite was still incredibly noisy at 2am (on a Tuesday) with the windows doing nothing to muffle the noise. There was fast food rubbish found next to one of the beds from a previous occupant, and this was quite a large wrapper that would have been difficult to miss during cleaning. Communication around bed preference was not good at all, I had specifically asked for a king (and have the evidence of this in my booking details) yet on arrival twin beds were set up. When I raised this with the company, there was no offer of rectifying this, instead I was told more than once that this had been the request. To add insult to injury, our neighbours in the room next door invited some friends to their room and it seemed they were having their own party at 3am with shouting, giggling and loud music and more than 5 in the one room. We knocked on the door in the end to request some quiet as, with the club outside, we were completely surrounded by noise. One small plus point that, once we managed to get to sleep, the bed (albeit the twin I hadn’t requested) was very comfortable.

IInvité방은 크지는 않지만 사진과 같이 모던하고 깔끔한 느낌이었어요! 위치도 좋았구요 다만 4인이서 가서 인당 8만원씩 낸 숙소치고는 아쉬웠습니다 엘레베이터가 없는거랑 화장실이 공용인점...ㅠ 근데 유독 그 날짜가 좀 비쌌던것 같아요 다른날짜 조회해보니까 ㅇㅇ 조금만 더 쌌다면 99퍼 만족했을듯요! 화장실도 깔끔했고 다만 샴푸는 없었어요 수건은 한장씩 줬습니당
