Le lieu est très pratique, la vue de la mer est attrayante, et vous offre beaucoup de boissons différentes, Mais le service n'est pas si bon que tout le monde le dise. En ce qui concerne les installations, les salles de bain ne sont pas équipées de dents, l'eau de lavage des cheveux n'est pas suffisante, les cheveux ne sont pas munis d'un dispositif de protection, les invités doivent Il n'y a pas de bains chauds à minuit, et il est déçu.

The place will send you a code to gain access on the day. There was actually someone there on the day to help if I needed it. The room was really clean and comfortable aswell as spacious. Considering the price, the location was really good too!

The hotel was really good for the price and the service was amazing too. The staff were so friendly and the location was very convenient, close to the pier and beach and a straight walk to the town centre. They had all the necessities needed and provided more complimentary snacks and drinks than you'd usually get at other places. We were worried aboyt the heat during the summer but they even had air conditioning. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Cleanliness 4/5 - Upon checking in we were advised that the rooms are not serviced every day. This is why I have not given a full rating for cleanliness. I was surprised by this and don’t remember it being advertised when booking. The room and the hotel were clean but I would have preferred daily service for top marks. Location 4/5. Nice seafront location and we had a beautiful view from our sea view room. It’s a little further from the centre than we would have liked (or realised when booking) but it was nice to stroll along the sea front. In summer this would be lovely but we visited in January so it was a bit cold to walk all that way. Easy enough to get a taxi though. Service 3/5 - A few things could have been improved service wise. The team in the breakfast room were lovely and welcoming and there was a lovely Scottish man who made conversation and enquiries about our visit. However, I found the reception team a bit cold and not very welcoming. When asked about recommendations for things to do in the area they couldn’t offer any. When I asked to book a taxi the phone was just passed to me and I had to go through the options/wait on hold etc rather than them arranging it for me. They didn’t enquire about our stay during checkout or welcome us to come back to visit again. During our stay there was a couple staying in the room above us who had a big argument at about 3:00am with a woman shouting and crying and it went on for around an hour. This obviously wasn’t the fault of the hotel but it was uncomfortable and a bit concerning at times. We reported it to the reception as we couldn’t sleep but there was no further mention of it or apology for the disturbance or for it being allowed to go on for so long when we checked out despite us having phoned through. Also, a minor point but on the first day at breakfast our order was taken but the breakfast was brought out when I had a bowl of cereal still in front of me. Would have been better for them to allow some time to eat from the buffet before bringing out hot food. There was also a surcharge on some items at breakfast even if you paid to have breakfast included. Was a bit confused by this as the ingredients on the surcharged items seemed quite basic and I don’t remember this being mentioned when booking. Amenities 3/5 - this is quite a standard hotel so I didn’t expect it to have lots of amenities. There are two improvements that would have made the stay much better. Our room basically only had one plug socket. There was another that the TV was plugged into but you had to move a set of drawers to get access to it. There wasn’t any plug/USB sockets by the bedside tables. For two people with phones, digital watches and laptops etc it was quite annoying. It would be much better to have a double plug socket each side of the bed to charge devices. The TV was a good size but it didn’t seem possible to cast to the TV. Most people like to be able to cast from their Netflix/Amazon accounts etc so having the ability to cast to it would have been great.

La chambre simple est très petite et le rapport qualité/prix semble légèrement bas. Je veux juste dire que les installations de la chambre simple sont complètes et disposent de tout. Rester une nuit est une expérience inhabituelle, je pense que j'ai bien dormi cette nuit-là, haha ​​! L'emplacement est bon. C'est en bord de mer. Il y a un bus à la porte pour aller à Baiya et à la gare.

the location is great - near the sea! The weather was great, so we are satisfied. We did not expect more amenities from the hotel, because everything was appropriate for the old city. The owner of the hotel was friendly, even allowed to leave things until the evening. we recommend!

La location était superbe ! nous étions juste au milieu de l'action et tout était très confortable. Le petit déjeuner était fantastique, ma petite amie est un vegan et ils ont fait ses sauces fraîches à tout prix ! La chambre était propre et très belle, bien qu'il serait superbe d'avoir des choses complimentaires comme des bouteilles d'eau ou des dents/pastes, néanmoins il était un séjour incroyable! Le check-out était super facile et sans problème, nous venons de nous laisser sortir de notre carte de chambre dans une boîte, super convenable surtout si vous êtes sur un calendrier strict.

The staff is amazing from a to z, also bed linens and towels are clean like new. The mattress was very comfortable and good quality. The breakfast was very basic English with filtered coffee. But the building is almost falling apart which is a shame. It takes 15-20 minutes in bus A5 or 5 for £3 one way, which is quite handy. The free parking is fairly good and also handy. The cost for a double room was £175 and I believe that was way higher than it should. All I’m saying is that if I would have known, I could get a much nicer hotel for that amount.

Decent family-run hotel, not dissimilar to other boutique hotels situated in historical buildings in Brighton. Shower took a while to heat up, the air dryer wasn’t working, and the room also had a lingering smell of cigarettes which I believe would have been hard to get rid of if someone smoked there previously, but the sea view was lovely and staff were friendly. Basic amenities available and adequate for the short stay. Instructions were clear and though not always right away, staff were reachable.
